I have been dealing with Western Financial Group for 25 years. I love the service they provide as you are not just a customer but a valued person whether you are dealing with your personal insurance or business. I love that the girls there make sure that you are always on top of all renewals and make getting things done easy. I deal a lot with Leah this last few years and I really enjoy her attention to detail. All the staff is amazing. I am grateful for their knowledge and expertise.

I had a few questions about insuring a car that hadn't been registered in BC before and I went to a different company and they seemed annoyed that I didn't know the process so I left and went to the Western Group in the mall and they were so helpful. I talked to a nice lady named Dana who didn't make me feel stupid for being from Alberta. I'll be back without a doubt.

Having worked in the industry for a dozen years, I am a little picky. We recently cancelled a vehicle that carried three separate insurances. Went to the Tamarack Mall location and dealt with a nice young man for the cancellation. Through no fault of his we received 2 of the refunds but the third was taking a little longer. I contacted Dana Shannon and asked her to follow up for me - she was happy to look into things and got my refund moving quickly - always with a smile. Thanks Dana - you rock -
