These guys are great. I needed some parts but I live in Invermere and I don't go to cranbrook often. I contacted them with the parts I needed and and explained that I lived in Invermere. They made special arrangements to have my order shipped to me through a company I work for. When I got my parts I noticed that there was a small mistake and within a day Jaiy responded to my email and shipped out the rest of the order. I will definitely be ordering more parts through Cranbrook Subaru

SOC treated me super well. My 2018 Forester died mid-flight on Hwy 3 on a hot Sunday. I got a tow to the dealership, which opened Monday. I had never done business with them, but they worked in a diagnostic of the car during the Monday and fixed the problem (reconnected the turbo intake hose), got me on my way the same day, and at no charge. They were also kind and helpful during the day, offering to drop me off in town if I needed to run an errand. Thanks SOC!

What a great experience! We actually went out to buy a Ford Explorer from the Cranbrook dealer and had a terrible experience so we just happened to call into Subaru of Cranbrook on the way home. I'm a firm believer that life sends what you need and we had a great experience with Jim at Subaru. There was no pressure, he just listened and asked questions, explained the vehicles clearly, facilitated the test drives for the Outback, Forester and Ascent and we quickly decided that the Forester was what we really loved. The whole experience felt like hanging out with a friend and going home with a prize. I have a feeling we will be Subaru for life now and look forward to dealing with the Cranbrook dealership again.

Took my Subaru in for issues with the headlights being extremely dim to the point it was hard to see at night. Specifically stated they did not need to be adjusted as 2 mechanics had tried that before with no improvement and they were far too dim to warrant adjustment anyhow. After waiting for close to an hour they came out and told me they adjusted the headlights! Got charged over $80 and no improvement! My husband who is not a mechanic found a faulty connection and managed to fix at home! Very disappointing Subaru. I will not be back!

While supply chain issues delayed every car, Brett kept us updated and let us know as soon as the car was on the lot so were able to pick it up 2 days before Christmas. The crew went above and beyond making sure it was ready to go for us ASAP and that we could drive home with snow tires on our new vehicle. Loving the Crosstrek based on first 300km home! Really appreciated them fitting us in and getting us on our way right before the holidays and with all the snowfall.

Blown away by the kindness and integrity of the staff here! I was driving from Calgary to Creston, and stopped in at Cranbrook to re-torque the lug nuts on my Subaru after having my tires rotated the previous day. Jim and Huy welcomed me inside, and Ian from service went to check my tires. To my surprise, one wheel nut was just about to fall off! The tire shop that performed the service had over-tightened the wheel nuts (using an impact gun) and stripped the stud. Ian brought my car into the service bay, and had to use a pipe extension for his torque wrench to get the rest of the nuts off!!! Unsurprisingly (given the amount of force applied to the nuts) two of the studs sheared right off once the tire was removed. I'm thankful this happened in the shop, and not at highway speed!! I asked if they had the parts and time for me to pay to replace the studs - incredibly Huy and Ian offered to complete this right away, at no cost! I even found out Ian wasn't 'on the clock' that day - he just happened to come by the shop for a personal project, and had still readily agreed to help check my tires (and now replace the studs)! Everyone repeatedly emphasized that my safety was their primary concern. I have never met a team more committed to doing the right thing, and I will not forget their kindness and exceptional service!
