Mrs. Ewa Hayward is the person who got me into big trouble by recommending her colleague Marta Konieczna-Leigh to me. Mr. Ewa Hayward is not responsible for the mistakes made! Unprofessional approach. Both women deserve to be blamed. Money only matters to them. I met Mrs. Marta Konieczna-Leigh on the recommendation of another translator, Mrs. Ewa Hayward, because Mrs. Ewa did not have time for a quick translation due to the workload. I needed a translation for the next day of very important documents about my health! Mrs. Marta accepted my order! On the second day, she sent me a very high valuation for the contract I agreed to without any problems! She got all the documents from me. She sent me a quote and gave me, as far as I can remember, a 2-hour ultimatum to transfer her the prescribed amount of money before she even got the job done! As I manage a metal buying department in my company, I had to be on the phone for 2 hours with my main employer because we have a suspected coronovirus pandemic. That day, I personally quarantined myself and had a serious conversation about the activities of our company in this difficult time for us! I forgot to send Ms. Marta the appointed fee for the contract within 2 hours and I got an email that she would resign from cooperation with me! I forgot to transfer due to the fact that I was undertaking serious discussions on the phone with my Big Boss. Marta is a money-greedy person with no empathy for the client and she is an unprofessional translator with no respect for the client. Only money counts for her before she even starts doing anything with the order! Shameful behavior! I do not recommend this person to anyone! Please stay away from her! A heartless woman! This is my experience with her. I dont care about others opinion about her. Its my private expierence with that woman and this is how she treated me when i was her customer ! Now i cant translate my documents becouse im in the quarantine due to coronavirus pandemic and i have no documents translated about my serious health condition !!! Both ladies including another translator EWA HAYWARD from Exeter are unresponsible ! Avoid them. Pani Ewa Hayward jest osobą którą wprowadziła mnie w duże kłopoty polecając mi jej koleżankę po fachu MARTĘ KONIECZNĄ-LEIGH. Panie EWA HAYWARD nie bierze odpowiedzialności za popełnione błędy! Obie Kobiety zasługują na naganę .Pieniądze sie tylko liczą dla nich. Panią MARTĘ KONIECZNĄ-LEIGH poznałem z polecenia innej tłumaczki Pani EWA HAYWARD gdyż Pani Ewa nie miała czasu na szybkie tłumaczenie ze względu na nawał pracy. Potrzebowałem tłumaczenia na nastepny dzień bardzo ważnych dokumentów na temat mojego zdrowia! Pani Marta zaakceptowała zlecenie. Na drugi dzień przysłała mi wysoką wycenę na którą się zgodziłem! Dała mi z tego co pamiętam 2 godzinne ultimatum żeby przelać jej pieniędze zanim wogóle wzięła się za zlecenie! Jako że zarządzam u mnie w firmie departmentem skupu metali byłem na telefonie z moim pracodawcą bo możemy mieć w firmę wirusa!!! Tego dnia poddałem się kwarantannie osobiście i przeprowadzałem rozmowe poważną o poczynaniach naszej firmy w tym ciężkim dla nas czasie! Zapomniałem przelać Pani Marcie wyznaczoną kwotę za zlecenie w ciągu 2 godzin i dostalem meila że ona rezygnuje ze mną ze współpracy! Zapomniałem przelać ze względów że podejmowalem poważne decyzje przez telefon z moim szefem.Pani Marta to osoba chciwa na pieniądze , bez żadnej empatii dla klienta i jest nieprofesjonalną tłumaczką bez żadnego szacunku do klienta. Liczą sie dla niej tylko pieniądze zanim jeszcze zacznie coś robić ze zleceniem! Ochydne zachowanie! Nie polecam tej osoby nikomu! Proszę sie trzymać od niej z daleka! Kobieta bez serca! To jest moje doświadczenie prywatne z nia więc nie biorę pod uwagę innych opinii. Mnie ta okropna osoba w taki sposob potraktowała ! W tym momencie jestem na kwarantannie i zostalem bez przetłmaczoych dokumentów zdrowotnych które są mi potrzebne ze względu na mój ciężki stan zdrowia. In addition to being a highly professional translator, Ewa is registered as an accredited translator by the Polish Ministry of Justice. This is important when translating documents for Polish Officialdom. No state office/ministry will accept translations from a non-accredited source. Sadly, whilst Polish Embassies, world wide, issue lists of translators that they accept, not all are accredited and you will save yourself a lot of grief in re-translation, by using Ewa. I highly recommend Ewa Hayward for translation of Polish documents to English.
