I have spoken directly to the Supervisor about the guy who delivers packages. ALWAYS gets it wrong. So frustrating

Whenever I go there, there is an Asian man who constantly gives wrong information and is extremely rude. It is because of him that I constantly try to avoid using canada post as a carrier. They need to reevaluate the way he does customer service, otherwise there will be more people avoiding canada post.

Horrible service not only from the people who deliver but even the manager. Multiple times I've not received any cards to pick up packages, and when I went in to complain about it manager had nothing to say other than the package should be available for pickup.

Workers are so irresponsible there. According to my tracking number my parcel should be in front of my door not in my mail box but when I came back at home from my work there was nothing out there. I ask my room mate she was at home she said she even did'nt hear any doorbell. Then I call customer service at store. Lady(customer service dauphin) said this is the procedure just knock door and leave the item outside( seriously we have electrnic door bell ????) she said did you check with your neighbour if they have your parcel(seriously). Then she said I can't do anything and just give me customer service number further. After some time one of my friend she lives 3 blocks away from me she called me and said what is your apartment no. I told her and she said ok we have one parcel here in front of our apartment with your name and address(I was totally shocked). Finally, I received my parcel but not in front of my door someone else(not only my story one more story like me). Seriously no responsibility very poor service. I don't wanna even give one star but its not allowed me. Just curious if something important come and they send on wrong address. I mean please improve your service.

I am a person with disability and moved to a new place and now my mail person will not deliver my mail because my Service dog is Scary. come on it’s a service dog that go every we’re with me in and out of public every day the dog Have been out side two time now for a pee never bark at the person so now I can’t get mail thanks cranbrook mail person

I really appreciate the services. What really pisses me off is the lack of respect of people’s property. They walk daily across my grass an through my bushes and are now making a distinct pathway. Very upset about that. Please STOP!!!

Shannon at the cranbrook office (supervisor) she is absolutely wonderful. She is helpful, kind and efficient. When a very important parcel was lost and I was bounced all over by the main canadapost dispatch and spent days waiting to get more information, shannon was the only person willing/able to help me and simply go and look for my parcel. Thank you cranbrook cananda post!
