Great place. Clean rooms. Excellent staff. They treat you like you are at home. I would give it six stars if I could. The only down side is no free breakfast.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The employees went above and beyond in making us feel special. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Cranbrook or passing through.

We stopped at the BW Cranbrooke after traveling 20 hours to pick up a new puppy. The staff were so understanding and accommodating. Julie at the front desk was very kind and encouraging. The room was spacious... and comfortable, even with a cot! The pool area was very clean... great slide! Cranbrook is a super town, and the hotel is in a fantastic location.
