This person is not a certified translator on STIBC. If you want to find a certified translator for immigration purposes it is highly recommended you do your due diligence first and do not take his word for it. He claims he is the best translator in BC, but when I asked him to provide his membership number to prove that - he got defensive. If you want to sponsor your partner to come to Canada then IRCC's requirements are that you get your documents that are in Farsi translated by a certified translator who can stamp the translated documents with their membership number.Unfortunately this isn't the person for that. If I wanted my documents translated from Farsi to English by any non-certified Iranian then all you have to do is go to North Vancouver and pick anyone from the street who speaks Farsi.

(Original) با سلام به هم میهنان عزیز من حدود 6 ماهی هست که وارد شهر زیبای ونکوور شدم واقعا بهشت از لحاز طبیعی اما ...............از لحاز چیزهای دیکه واقعا متاسفم. در بدو ورود با جناب مهندس رفیعیان افتخار اشنایی داشتیم و ایشان قبول زحمت فرمودند و مدارک دکترای من و همسرم را ترجمه سلیس و بسار ارزنده و زیبا از هر لحااز نمودند . قبلا یکی دو مدرک از چهار راه تیر دو قلو پاچنار ونکوور ( یعنی همون پانزده و لانزدیل) سفارش دادیم و اونجا بود که پس از مقایسه قدرت و فصاحت و تسلط جناب مهندس روی کارشان برایمان اشکار شد. ایشان را به همه پیشنهاد میکنیم . اما ونکوور از دیدکاه خوانواده و ارزش های خوانوادگی صفر . از بدو ورود یک سری اشخاص که ظاهرا فارسی زبان هستد با افکاری ضد خوانواده در صدد ایجاد اختلاف بین من و همسرم بوده و هدفشان متلاشی نمودن ساختار خوانوادگی ما بوده است. لطفا هشبار باشین و گول این شیاطین را نخورید. و ریویو های جناب مهندس را خواندیم و پس از مشاهده تسلط ایشان وتوانایی های بالای ایشان در کل امور نوشتاری و ترجمه متوجه یک سری رقابت های ناسالم و ترفند های چیپ وکلاس پایین و توطئه گسترده غلیه ایشان شدیم.

(Original) خانواده ما مدارک تحصیلی و دانشگاهی خود را به جناب اقای رفیعیان برای ترجمه دادیم و بسیار از عملکرد ایشان و کیفیت ترجمه راضی بودیم . وقتی ریویو های مثرجمین دیگر را مطالعه کردیم متوجه شدیم که کثرت ریویو های انان به هیچ وجه طبیعی به نظر نرسیده و ساختگی میباشند . اما وقتی ریویو های جناب رفیعیان را دیدیم بسار نرمال و منطبق با کار در جامعه ایرانی بود. یعنی موجوداتی مریض و مجرم دنبال حتک حرمت غیر منصفانه میباشند ( بلا نسبت هم میهنان با فرهنگ). بعد رسیدم به ریویو ی مترجمین خیابان لانزدیل. یکیشون بالای 100 عدد ریویو داشت. قبلا هم ایمیل با این مترجم رد و بدل کرده بودم و سطح افتضاح زبانش رو دیده بودم . یک کاسه ای زیر نیمکاسه میباشد قطعا برای گرفتن این تعداد ریویو. اینگونه تحقیق و مطالعه منجر شد که افتخار همکاری را با جناب رفیعیان را داشته باشیم و به عمق علم و تبحر در کار ایشان اشنا شویم. قابل ذکر است که ما پس از تحویل مدارک ترجمه شده توسط ایشان به مقامات ذیصلاح هیچگونه مشکلی در پرونده ایجاد نشد ه و روند اداری بسیار روان پیش رفت. ما هیچگونه شکی در کیفیت کاری و علمی ایشان نداشته و ایشان را به همه هموطنان پیشنهاد میکنیم. من شخصا با اداره مهاجرت در مورد ایشون صحبت کردم در طی مصاحبه و با دست خودم مدارک با مهر و امضای ایشون رو تحویلشون دادم و با کمال خوشرویی قبول کردند. اقای رفیعیان به دلیل کیفیت کاری شان و تبحر بی نظیر در کارشان دشمنان کاری بساری دارند. به خصوص ان مترجمینی که بدون صلاحیت از ارگانهای فاسد بی سی مدرک قلابی گرفته اند مزدور اجیر کرده تا ریویو منفی علیه ایشون بنویسند. زیاد هستند این مزدوران اما برای مثال این خانم به اسم مستعار ستاره اشرافی که ملاحضه میفرمایین. ایشون ظاهرا سواد ندارن که در وب سات جناب مهندس بخوانند که انلاین بیزنس هستند ایشون و ایراد اشون اینه که کلاهبرداری از ایشون شده چون وقتی رفتند دفترشون نلفن جواب ندادند و نتونستند پیدا کنند محل رو. کسی نیست به این مزدور بگه اگر شما کودن هستین و پیام های واضح وب سایت ایشون رو نمیتونید بفهمید که انلاین بیزنس هستند ایراد از مترجم نیست ایراد از مغز کودن شماست. فقط خواستیم این موضوع را به هم میهنان عزیز گوشزد کنیم که جناب مهندس رفیعیان سالهاست که زبانزد عام و خاص در حیطه کاریشان هستند و هیچ مترجمی در سطح ایشون در کانادا وجود ندارد. از لحاض اصطلاحات مستعمل در متون و ارایش اطلاعات صفحه بندی مهارت انگلیسی وطراحی و دیزاین همه جوره حیرت انگیز بودند. احسنت به ایشان. دلیل اصلی نوشتن این ریویو اگاه سازی جامعه ایرانی به توطعه ی بزرگ علیه عالمین و دانشمندان این کشور و علیه علم و دانش که جاهلین در صدد اجرای ان بوده تا در وحله اول پول جیب شما را کانالیزه کرده به طرف منافع سازمانهای خلاف کار همچون STIBC و در وحله بعدی معدوم کردن دانشمندان و انان که جلوی بی قانونی و جرم ایستاده اند.
