The person who answer the phone was very rude. As a first time user to a translation service, she repeated that I have to send my document by email to get a quote and an expected delivery of the final product. I was in a rush to get my document translated and i wanted to know if it would take 3 month, 1 month, 3 weeks, 1 week? The lady just repeated that i have to send my documents by email which she never mention the exact email. I had to ask her what was the email. I did send the email requesting for a quote and even after 2 days, I still didn't get any answer from them. I also asked them where are they located, which she answer the city and not the exact address (which i find it very weird). I do not recommend this place.

I had to get my college and university degrees and transcripts translated into English for an online application. I communicated with Ann Marie entirely through email and not only was she prompt and efficient, she also had the best price and respected her deadline. Meanwhile, other translators haven't even answered my email yet. I'm very happy with the service I received and would encourage anyone to email her with a request for a quote.
