What a fantastic product coming from our local waters! The fleur de sea is incredible, the flake is the perfect finishing salt that takes any dish to the next level. My favourite is to finish off chocolate cookies with a touch of the flake salt.

real salt changed my body back to balance.I could not understand why i was gaining weight.all table salt contains is sodium it has been bleached coloured and then they add alluminum oxide so it does not cake together.Vancouver island salt company keeps all 83 minerals in its salt by using envirmentally fireindly processing methods .this salt is also very high in magnesium for a good calming effect,no bleach no alluminim oxide.Good local organic salt.I love it

I bought nigari for tofu making from Van Is Sea Salt and it was perfect! Shipping and the online buying process was easy and quick. The nigari worked perfectly... I also bought some of the flavoured salts, which were nice to put over cooked food!
