Worst dining experience ever. Management is pathetic. I pity their servers. We went in for an early lunch with our small hockey team. Only filled about 1/3 of the place. Waited two hours for a meal and then we had to pay. That was like pulling teeth. Mass confusion like no one had ever seen a till before. Picture a bunch of polite Canadian hockey parents sitting around a till waiting over a half hour to pay and getting angrier by the second. I was just going to walk out but my wife couldn’t leave it alone and threw them 40 bucks and told them we had to leave and we walked out. Everyone else stayed long enough to get their bills and pay. No discounts for anyone. Judging by the other comments since it’s reopening, THIS BOSTON PIZZA NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP. By the way, this review is actually 0 out of 1 million stars.

We had to wait a hour and thirty minutes for our food. We were essentially ignored and forgotten and when we finally asked about our meal we were given a variety of excuses. When we finally received our food it was cold and it was wrong! I live local and frankly I will not go back to this establishment for quite some time.

I've never ever had a bad meal here. It's like the chef in the back owns the place because this is definitely not like the franchise food you'd expect. Even the beer is good. One of our go to places when we can't figure out what we want to eat. Open late for our late nights printing and designing.

Wow is all I can say ordered 3 appys and one kids meal. Individual pizza and tai bites. Along with a New York strip. Got everything but the strip out all at once. Order of the New York strip was obviously forgotten. When asked about my meal they went to the back and server returned to inform me she had forgot to place my order in the meantime my family had finished there meal. So informed there was no need to place the order because even if it was rushed I'm sure it wouldn't be fitting. So if you come here be sure to ask server when the come back if the order is made or not. Other wise your family will enjoy their meal while you wait. I will say that they did however serve me hair infested steak bites. Although they did give us a 5.99 discount. Needless to say I felt like vomiting after this entire ordeal

Whether it was the specialty pizza we ordered or my daughter's kids' meal I helped her finish, all the food was incredible. The staff was very nice and charismatic and our waitress was even attentive enough to assume my correct gender without it even being brought up! Very compassionate.

Just had a Boston "Royal' pizza, with Pepperoni, ham, prawns (shrimp), olives, onion, capsicum, and cheese. Checkout the photo. Huge (medium size) pizza. Ten slices. The staff were friendly, even served me a free iced water whilst I waited!!! Great.

It's a nice clean outlet with friendly and helpful staff. A pretty standard BP menu, well cooked and tasty. Why only 3 stars? It was a busy time of day and it took over 30 minutes for the first course, soup, to arrive after being ordered. Other than the long wait it was very good experience.

The carnivore pasta dish was delicious! The chicken alfredo was okay but not that great. The kids chicken quesadilla had a piece of chicken that had cartridge in it. We went to Boston Pizza the night before in a different city and it was a lot better quality of food. So it was kind of disappointing. They also said they do not carry tea...however, the table next to us got the unicorn tea which has the tea in it. So not sure what happened there. The service was great besides that though.

The service is great. The food is great. I'm just shocked at the prices. The happy hour is actually not a discounted price but just half orders. Tiny portions. I don't think there is much on that menu that's under the price of 15$. Just a little shocking for a family restaurant.

Recently I went to this place an ordered a sandwich. Mustard always makes me gag and it is absolutely disgusting so I always pick things without mustard or I ask for them to take it off. The sandwich I picked out had no mustard, instead it had "Secret Sauce" so I expected the sauce to me an original sauce created by Boston Pizza. When I got my food and tried the sandwich, the sauce thst they called "Secret Sauce" was actually mustard. I expected a refund after telling the waitress that the sandwich contained things that was not on the menu but she did not care. I still had to pay $19 for something i couldn't eat and contained stuff on it that was not said on the menu. I'd reccomend going to this place if you want to be lied to.

The food was ok but quite expensive, for 3 starters (cactus cut potatoes, french fries and cheese toast). The customer service was really poor. If a restaurant is going charge like a high end restaurant then their customer service should reflect it. When I was there at this restaurant recently, they charge my mom and myself the price of a high class restaurant but the staff was not even close to those standards.

I would need to be starving before I paid the EXORBITANT pizza prices here ever again. If it was an exceptional pizza, maybe the carnage it hath wrought upon my wallet could be somewhat justified, but it just isn't. It's more like a 3-4-1 pizza to satisfy the "full gut" crowd who don't care what they are eating as long as it's filling them up.

Overall disappointing experience. Our waiter was obviously new and didnt seem to be getting any training or assistance from the other staff. Our starter came out at the same time as our meal... sort of. They served my partner his burger, and said the fries would be along shortly. He couldn't even finish 1/2 the burger, said the sauce tasted spoiled. My fettuccini was just unappealing. The pasta tasted old and bits of it looked dried out. The chicken was bland. The only good part was the mushrooms. The spinach dip was really tasty though and had just the right dip to bread ratio.

Simply ignorant. I ordered by phone and patiently waited outside to allow others to come in (covid protocols) when the time came, I went in and gave my name to the hostess who went a got my food but told me that I would need to wait to pay until the computer was available. The girl behind the till proceeded to chat away for 10 minutes while I stood there with my food getting cold. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. Simply awful. I will be thinking twice before I return.

My first visit since Covid 19. I was very impressed with the measures taken to sanitize. In the 45 minutes we were in Boston Pizza, I saw them sanitize the railings twice and the door handles as well as other touch points. It made me feel safe. The tables are spread out, serving staff masked and following rules. Excellent meal, fantastic serving staff, quick service. It's always an excellent experience when we stop in.

my boyfriend and I went here last night for a pizza and we got a "make your own" that was medium, had mozza cheese, tomato sauce, some chicken chunks, onions, and bell pepper.. For $40??? I'm still angry about it, and if we had stopped to realize how we were being ripped off we wouldn't have paid. It was a horrible pizza too - I've had frozen grocery store pizzas that tasted better than this. Horrible, we will not be going back.

Not even close to the same quality of pizza as I’m accustomed to from a Boston Pizza. Extremely cheap on toppings, which usually don’t show up till about two inches of dry crust. Add the cut back on toppings in an obvious attempt to cut costs to a pizza that’s always overcooked and you’ve got a cardboard pizza. I’ve given this place a handful of chances and it’s never any different. I’ll just stick with Pizza Hut at least I know what I’m getting.

It tastes like the food was unthawed and precooked in Toronto, frozen overnight before it was shipped to Winnipeg's provincial head kitchen as it unthawed in the back of a pickup for its journey to swampy Manitoba, covered with crystal clear budget brand cling wrap the industrial microwaves buzzed with delight producing an invisible spectrum of uranium strength hot zaps heating my veggie burger's insides well above room temperature while the broken refrigerated box truck sputtered through the scenic Riding Mountains the once freshly preserved food froze at the top of each rolling hill before rewarming in oven safe fireproof pockets under the hood before landing on my plate inbetween a bun that wished it was an onion bagel tucked away in a cozy corner of Dauphin's Marketplace mall's parking lot. Best part was close proximity to the once luxurious Highland Motel.

This morning I made a reservation for my daughters 4th birthday and although it was last minute the staff put together an incredible experience for the kids. Despite it being chaotic the staff managed extremely well and the whole dinner party was well taken care of with a high level of customer service. 10/10 would recommend bringing family gatherings in the door at Boston Pizza, truly incredible service.

I will not go back to this restaurant and will not recommend it. My husband and I went for dinner on Valentine’s Day. We had just been served our food, when a waiter serving a different table spilled a tray of drinks on our cell phones, our table and our laps. He went to get us napkins to dry our iPhones and us, but stopped to discuss where people coming in should be seated before bringing us the napkins. When we expressed concern about our phones, he advised us to put them in a bag of rice – which we did not have on us at the time. We were moved to a different table and by the time that was done and our phones were dried our food was cold. When the bill came, we were charged full price. When we pointed this out to our server, she took $9.00 off the bill. I would have expected a manager to visit our table, the offer of new, fresh entrees, or our food to be comped. It was not very pleasant to drive home in wet pants, smelling of beer! I would give this restaurant 0 stars.

Went to BPS for dinner last night seeing as it was that or McDonald’s because those were the only places open past 9pm. The parking lot was a nightmare to find. Service was non-existent. I was compelled to seek out our server twice to get refills. Our party of five adults and three children were ignored. Boston Pizza has been a favorite dining spot for a number of years. I don't think this will be the case in the future. I previously gave BP DC four stars, but struggled to give two stars after this visit. One star seemed harsh, so I went with two as a courtesy.

I guess we need those fancy thermal pizza carriers.

Group of 6 went here on Dec 8th. Sat down, waitress looked stressed out. Girl who was taking the drinks would start to walk away before you finished your sentence. As we sat there, we realized after about 30 minutes in we should probably check our food. After about 10 minutes of waiting after we had to ask her, she finally came back and said there was a glitch and our order didn't make it to the kitchen. No problem, we were patiently waiting another 20 minutes. 5 out of 6 got their food at one time, leaving one person eating approx. 10 minutes after the food arrived. No compensation offered when asked. Worst service I've ever had at a BP.

This BP location is consistently slow with food. It’s not uncommon to wait 25+ minutes for dinner. If there are large tables seated, the kitchen comes to a grinding halt. The only reason I come here is for my daughter, but it’s by far the slowest BP I’ve ever been to. We came in at 12:45 for lunch, it’s 1:22 and still don’t have any food.

I don't normally complain, but this happens to be one of the worst restaurants I've been too. The staff is rude first of all, second we asked for nachos for a starter and we got our other food first. And than when we did get out nachos.. our food was cold. (Isn't our fault) I mean it was fast to get the food don't get me wrong. But we asked for a starter nachos. And the waitress double checked that we wanted it as a started.. My mom and I asked for honey garlic ribs they didn't have any sauce on it. My boyfriend and step dad asked for 8oz tender loin and they had no sauce on it either. Just maybe a thumb size amount. The steak also didn't have any seasoning. Our bill came all together as $160 some dollars. Mom paid; the waitress came back saying she put the amount in wrong and they have to pay $50 more. We shouldn't have had to pay for it. And it was fish bowl Sunday.. the special was ceaser. I got a virgin ceaser and it costed my $10.00 in a fish bowl. While the special was $8.99 ? How come a drink with NO alcohol in it costed more? On top of that the drink was a special of the day with NO alcohol.

Absolutely awful. Delivery took an hour and a half. Driver forgot pop (they did remove from bill). Paid $3 extra for onion rings, got 5 total. All food was soggy and cold and my wife now feels sick from her chicken fingers (which she could not finish). Only reason we ordered from here was to use a gift card and what a disappointment it was. Never again. *Update: The owner contacted me to let me know that everything I wrote in my review was wrong. Cold food... you live far away. Your wife was sick.... impossible, we tested. 5 onion rings... no, we have pre measured portions. She then finished by saying she would reimburse us with a gift card for the cost of the meal by mail. It’s now been a month, I’m not holding my breath. Seriously pathetic.

So I complained on Twitter, got a call from BC who said he'd look into it. Today I received a call from the same RUDE "manager" who again told me his drivers wouldn't drive out here, and my $100+ order doesn't matter. Alright....I can go elsewhere and take my $$ with me

Very disappointed, good service, my wife had a pecan salad was enjoying it tell she bit down on a piece of glass we wont be going back. good by Boston pizza item was taken off bill no apologies from the kitchen tho

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have had generally a really good experience but today not only did they get my order wrong when I ordered it over the phone, delivered one right one wrong, but when they sent the proper order they threw the pizza into the box so when it got delivered to me all the toppings had slide off on the pizza, a complete joke....

Walked through the door with two hours left until they closed, about three employees rolled their eyes and said "really.." Then continued to wait about ten minutes to be seated at a dirty table. Ordered and the waitress just slammed the drink menu down on the table and as she walked away said "thanks" in a very rude tone. Asked for some water and the waitress slammed it on the table and rolled her eyes. Might wanna take a lesson or two on manners to keep customers coming back.

Service was excellent. Ordered Royal Hawaiian pizza large. It tasted ok but whoever made it put to much of the sweet sauce on. It made the pizza to greasy. It also should have been cooked longer. Ordered same thing at the Boston pizza in Courtney last week and it was absolutely perfect. We were hoping for the same thing tonight.

Ordered something off the baked gourmet pasta menu. It was horrible. Tasted like it was microwaved not baked. Absolutely terrible and over priced. Never again.
