I guess it's hit or miss with this location with customer service. Been here a few times earlier in the mornings and they are so friendly. Got my driver record/history etc within 5 mins in and out. Went again today in the evening and it was a pretty crappy experience. I walked in and one just finished with someone else and there's two ladies working. The one that's free saw me, gets up and goes to the back to grab something. Comes back out with a snack then stands there and waits till the other one is free from the last people leaving and they started talking about their personal lives and their husbands... Still standing there I started looking at brochures and again I was the only one there. Finally the one with the snack sits back down in after a good 10 seconds cause me over. Asked about the 5 year drivers record, she kept saying that they don't do it there. It's really strange because on the website or when you actually call service Ontario they say to go into the store fronts/ locations. However she kept on saying that they don't do it there and they only do the three. So I asked for the three-year but I also asked her about something else and how much those things would cost. She kept on saying we don't do that at this location you should go somewhere else. I was like well if you did do them how much would it cost? She kept saying it's all posted on the website. Seeing that you work at service Ontario and provide the services that the website posts and says you provide. Shouldn't you at least know something about them? Or look it up for me since I'm here and asking you about it? Even though it's not a retail store. Customer service is not to be seen in the evenings. Savage workers ! Tho I got what I needed quit. They just talk down to you or treat you like your a homeless asking for change. They get 2 stars due to the level of service the employees provide.

I've been to this location twice (both times to get licence plate stickers) and both times I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Quick and easy! The parking lot here can be a little crazy at times though.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ... I don’t know what’s up with the workers there always got attitude and get annoyed if you ask them questions. 9/10 times I come to this location I always get treated like a lower class citizen or they talk to me like I don’t understand. If you don’t you enjoy your job feel free to quit there are great people who would do a much better job.

I literally go to transfer car ownership to a family member and the lady asks for a safety which I gave to the exact lady and she took it the week before. All they do is make excuses to send you home if you come within 30 min of close so I’m going to a different one with better reviews

I have always found the staff to be friendly and courteous! The parking is a bit tricky at the location, but if you show a little patience it's fine. Okay, let's be honest - many people show up unprepared and want their sticker or license renewal immediately. If you don't follow the instructions and show up without the needed documents, don't blame the staff for your own unpreparedness!

Because of covid there's limited amount of people allowed in store. I went and there was a line up outside. I debated about waiting or putting it off for another day but knew it had to be done so I waited. The line moved quickly I was in and out and the chick at the counter was very helpful.

Fantastic service. I came in at 12:20, 40 minutes before their closing time on Saturday, and I was 7th in line. Figured I wouldn't make it to the desk but the 3 staff were friendly, quick, and efficient. Cathy (Kathy?) helped me replace my lost licence plates and I was back out at 12:40. I've never had an experience at a service Ontario like that. Must be privately run - whatever you guys are doing, keep it up!

Horrible staff. Went here for health card renewal and this fat lady who was stuck in her chair was keep on making excuses to send us back home even though we had all the paper work and identifications. After all was done she tossed the papers across the desk with a gross look on her face.

I'm a very patient person, but the bad attitude and snarky replies I've received from multiple clerks behind the counter at this location is enough to drive any person up the wall. If you can afford to go to another location because even with the correct paperwork you're going to leave frustrated and annoyed.

Usually a long wait. The lady closed her till as soon as I walked up to it and just said I would have to wait. When I was helped the lady that was working was very polite and kind, and she answered all my questions. Glad she helped me, once I waited! Also I had no idea they offered so many services - thought they only offered vehicle and health card things. See photo below!

Although the office is small as compared to the DTK office but the staffs were very kind and helpful. Because of Covid now they are allowing only 2 people inside. You need to stand in a queue outside of the building.

If I could this place no stars I would they do there job, but throw paper at you to sign. Today I was served by a rude woman who tossed something at me to sign I said excuse me as she didn't verbalize what I was meant to do, she then looks at me like an idiot and taps her finger and says sign ( she was sitting in a chair on the left hand side as you enter directly in front of the camera they take your picture) I've been here several times and each time the quality of customer service appears to get worst. The thing I find very telling is the friendly banter they with white patron,opposed to the cold getting the job done attitude with non white patrons. I have to go back soon so will wear my go pro and film and publish on YouTube.......

staff does not know what they are talking about..asking us to provide a "CANADIAN Birth certificate" how?if we are BORN in different country? Obviously the birth certificate we have is from where we were BORN. if that's the case then all of the people who came from different country can just get a "Canadian birth certificate"? well, tell me how and where so I can change my birth certificate from where I was born to "Canadian one"

If I can give this a negative rating I would. It's not even worth a 0. I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees and so did my mother (same employee). Please learn to be respectful and not so miserable and rude. I will never return to this location again!

Great service, and fast. Even though I messed up the form to gift a vehicle, twice, the staff member I dealt with was super helpful, and very friendly. There was a line up, but the only delay was my fault. If you ever give/receive a vehicle as a gift, make sure you have all your ducks in a row. Both parties need to be present to sign the sworn statement.There is also a $20 cash fee, that I didn't know about. I will definitely use this branch again, over the Stratford branch.

I am always weary when visiting Service Ontario offices because of the common conception that their customer service is terrible. This was not the case when I visited this location. I had a unique issue with my vehicle registration and visited this location for help. The line was long, but it went a lot faster than expected. Destiny (Stephanie?) was the staff that eventually helped me out. She was very kind and listened as I explained my situation. She gave me advice on what to do and even contacted Service Ontario's head office for additional help. Needless to say, my vehicle registration issue has been resolved and Destiny followed up with me a few days later to confirm. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
