I had a chance to get multiple documents translated and I found Sam to be very professional and efficient in every transaction.

My husband and I were in urgent need for an affidavit/certified translation (Spanish to English) and certified true copies for about 10 documents for immigration purposes. Sam Jamal was pleasant to deal with and responded very quickly to all our questions and inquiries. Since the price was a bit more reasonable than other places and their reviews seemed good, we decided to go with them. About a day or so after we mailed them our originals they sent over (via email) the drafted translations. THANK GOODNESS my husband and I are fluent in both languages because the translations had many errors. It is understandable to expect having an error or 2 (even though this is exactly the reason why you hire and pay professionals who should double check their work) but not multiple mistakes on each document. Not only were parts of the translations wrong, but many lines were missing on the translations and basic Spanish words were mistranslated. My husband and I spent about 2 hours going over these documents. After sending Sam our observations, he made the necessary corrections. We received the documents a day or so later. However, 2 documents (I had already paid for) were missing in the package received. He said he would send them complimentary (Xpresspost) but expected I give him 5 stars on Google (for a mistake that could have been avoided by double checking what was being sent in the first place). The 2 documents missing arrived about 10 days after I re-requested them. I needed them urgently so I was in no position to wait for these missing documents to arrive which forced me to have to pay again to get them done with another company. As mentioned before, Sam Jamal was a kind person to deal with, however, the work seemed very unprofessional. If you don’t have time to waste, do not speak the language you are translating to and from, and need things done properly the first time, unfortunately I do not recommend QLPD services.
