They make things really easy! Our state agency uses them both to translate phone calls with our clients and to translate documents for our clients. We've used other companies for this and they cannot compare. Language Link is so professional and helpful, and quick too. They communicate well and if we ever have a question I hear back right away. Bids are super-quick, their work is reasonable and thorough, and our billing has never gotten messed up like it has elsewhere. State agencies have exacting standards for getting bids, tracking services, and paying invoices, and I never have to hunt down the paperwork I need. I honestly love doing business with them!

They've helped us with 9 different languages (for instruction manuals and packaging communications for our clients' global products). They offer region-specific language variations, but they don't just do translations, they match the graphic formats of our artwork so that we don't have to circle back to create all new artwork for all the various languages. It's great to work with these folks - I consider them an extension of my team.

It was an unusual translation, since it only consisted of one line, but I needed it translated into ten different languages. They did a great job, at a great price, and I'm so happy to be able to use this for our Limited English Proficient population!

This is a horrible place to work aka sweatshop. Very high turnover and expoits employees. No free parking and sick days are counted as 'incidences' or demerits. Exceed your incidences and you are terminated. Volt temp agency supplies CTS with a never ending supply of people who have no better employment options and must work for $12 per hour which is below poverty. New employees must work shifts clocking in at 5am or worse and any tardiness is an incident. If you leave work for an emergency you are demerited. If you are sick, you will be fired. CTS takes advantage of the depressed economic conditions in Vancouver and is inhumane toward it's employees that they intend to burnout exploit and terminate. I know multiple people with this experience there and in each case their time working would have been better spent finding employment elsewhere. A very very bad employer.

They can schedule a phone appointment for 3 hours or how ever long and some of these calls don't come in. They only pay 15 minutes of your 3 hours reserved time! It's pitiful and extremely frustrating!!!! It's a waste of my committed time, child care...
