The cars were beautiful and the place shined clean. If they gave one away to a Veteran I would take one but otherwise I could never afford one of these babies. But when I walked through there I was breathing heavily and afraid to touch. Simply breathtaking cars here. Omg. Maybe someday in my dreams. My first experience with the waterloo dealership was last year my wife and I booked an appointment to test drive the f pace when we arrived we were made to feel disregard and disrespected and was told that we cannot test drive the test car on the lot. So we went to another dealership and made our purchase where we were treated like a customer should. Now we are trying to book a service appointment for our vehicle which we were told can be taken to any dealer. And the waterloo dealership is to lazy to even return a phone call. It's been 4 days since I spoke with them and was told that they would call me back! I am appalled that jaguar would let these people represent the brand in this deplorable manner! Shame on you Jaguar Waterloo!

Definitely way better than BK! Previously this dealerships reputation confirmed the rumours, however the changes under new management are easily noticed, these guys know what they're talking about. Reading the reviews, yeah sometimes the phones are busy and tough to get through, but they always return my call and address my needs with urgency. I am relieved to no longer have to commute for service. Keep up the good work

Always a pleasure dealing with these guys, my first experience with the brand , (2015 XJ) has been outstanding. I was hesitant making the change from Mercedez, but have not been happier since. Rob Lee and Jon Schmidt made the purchase experience more like a meeting with friends, by actually listening to what I was after, and delivering everything and more. I am very in tune with my car, and after I was out of the break in period, Mark and Dan in service worked with my concerns and treated me like one of their own. Now it's like driving on a cloud. Not to mention how clean it was when they were done! Truely amazing.

Whenever I visit the dealership I am greeted by friendly staff who are considerate enough to inquire about my wellbeing and to pick up topics of conversations that I've had with them in the past. Any technical or mechanical concern that I've had has been promptly and astutely dealt with by the superior team of Technicians and Service Staff, and I've yet to have a question go unanswered by the knowledgeable Service Advisors in the back. I am able to rest easy knowing that my concerns are shared by the staff at Jaguar Waterloo, and I have peace of mind knowing that they have my safety and best interest at heart. For this reason, I will continue to seek maintenance from this dealer alone, despite living nearly an hour away. Thank you!

You offered less than 4k trade in on a vehicle worth over 10k. You tried to take advantage of someone because they were eager to purchase. Unfortunately she wasn't as dumb as you thought, knows the value of her vehicle, and will take her business elsewhere. You lost the deal and she truly felt insulted, when she was literally ready to buy a 70k vehicle. I can only imagine how many eager buyers you've taken advantage of. What a joke.

You made me miss a day of work to drive my dad to work so he could pick up his car when he got off as he’s works in Waterloo anyways just to at the end of the day tell him his car isn’t ready when you told him it would be ready today so now I also have to drive 40 minutes away again to pick him up and miss another day tomorrow. A mistake is a mistake sometimes things aren’t ready on time but for a luxury car dealership such as yourself it is surprising and disappointing that you offered nothing other than “sorry it will be ready tomorrow.” A “reputable” dealership such as yourselves should rectify your mistake. Very disappointing.

We are the University of Waterloo EcoCAR Team (UWAFT), and we are building a custom hybrid vehicle, which uses the rear electric drive unit from the I-Pace. Jacek and his team at the part department have been nothing but helpful to us with support for integration of this unit. Not only are they kind enough to give us a small discount on the parts we buy, but they took the time to help us with technical support as well - as an example, we needed a torque spec, which is listed in the service manual not available to the public. Thanks to Jacek, we were able to tighten the I-Pace Motor mounting bolts to our vehicle, following the official JLR torque spec. I can't recommend JLR Waterloo enough and UWAFT greatly appreciate the partnership!

Went to get a proper quote and test drive on an f type R early 2018. No test drive and no budging on price.....instead manager tried to set up a tentative sale despite me telling him I have to run it by the wife. His answer. ..you can cancel in 'x' amount of time if wife disagrees....but that never happens with pushy sales people. So instead of negotiating on price, he tried to push the car on me at list price. Bought an f type svr from Montreal for a great price and deal with a straight up honst salesperson. Would not recommend this dealership....totally used car sales mentality from the 90s

Beware of them changing the Bill of Sale in the last moment and pushing you towards adding a 5th year warranty and taking away features without telling you. READ your BOS in detail before you sign, and don't trust them what so over, or just go to another dealer.

The service and sales departments here are by far the best I have ever dealt with. My service was done in less time than was predicted by people that were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The sales department gave me all the information on several different models without trying to steer me toward any particular model. that proved to me that although they want to sell cars, they wanted me to make the decision for my needs and just by the cars that they wanted to move. When I by another vehicle I will definitely be back.

Almost 3 weeks ago the engine light came in my Jaguar XF and fault code P0172 was present. I took it in for repair. The diagnosis indicated a faulty O2 sensor and had to be replaced. That sounded very plausible to me and the sensor was replaced. Financial impact: $634.50. Next day, engine light on and fault code P0172 present. This time is was an MAFT sensor. Not really understanding what that was, I gave approval for repair. Financial impact: $537.00. When they took it for a test drive after the repair, engine light came on and the fault P0172 was present. The diagnostics device now indicated the PCM had to be replaced. Estimated cost: $3738. This was the point in time when I stopped repairs and I picked up my car. Now 3 weeks later I have NO fault code and NO engine light on. It appears that the PCM has been reset during service because the battery power had been removed. Nobody from Service mentioned this me. However, the PCM reset cleared the fault and if I would have approved the repair for a PCM replacement it would have set me back for a total amount of $4909.50 plus HST ($5547.75) for the whole repair. For a rate of $170/hr, I expect a bit more in-depth analysis and good advice than just following repair activities that a diagnostics device indicates. If I would have been informed that the diagnostics device indicated a PCM replacement but the PCM had been reset and that I should keep an eye on it for now and come back if the fault would show up again, that would have been a totally different story and would maintain my trust and respect in the dealership. On the invoices it states that 100% satisfaction is their #1 goal. Well, in my case, I think the O2 sensor was indeed faulty. The MAFT sensor replacement ($606.81 incl HST) was clearly a total waste of my money and had I approved the PCM replacement, I would have paid another $3738 plus HST for a most likely unnecessary repair.
