Unreliable employees. Mr. Hoang- interpreter send from MCI for a Tribunal hearing in late 2019, was required to provide word-for-word interpretation. An observer in the room fluent in Viet and English listened in horror at how Mr. Hoang interpreted for the vulnerable participant. Even worse was how Mr. Hoang spoke in english interpretation (from Viet) to the Legal tribunal participants. Finally received written transcripts from Court Interpreter recording exposed how bad the interpretation was. Not only were important facts and words ommitted from what the Viet participant said; the english language translation was worded in a manner of a flaky teen. Every sentence was scripts as - " you know like I you know disagree and you know I know that you know want home and you know you know I don't know what you know maybe and you know i don't know". Just reading this jibberish confirmed what I was told at a hearing months ago , how bad the interpretation was. I recommend find a different company.
