Don't advertise on your website that you offer translations in a certain language when you don't. Wasted my time coming in for information that could easily be updated on the website. Also, the person working in the translation department downstairs was incredibly rude.

Great experience with the services from Costi Languages. Submitted a large volume of documents over an email (over 10 different papers at least one page long) on Tuesday and was hoping to get them done by Friday as a rush. The lady was extremely helpful and they got it done by Thursday with a very reasonable price for a rush. Papers were done very professionally, with nice formatting, and came with a Certified Translator of Ontario stamp. Document exchange was done through email and I paid over the phone without having to come in to their office. If you are looking for a fast, professional service I strongly recommend them.
