As he was submitting his application for a francophone graduate program after studying for the baccalaureate in English, he had to have his transcripts translated. First, the service stubbornly persisted throughout the procedure, and in a particularly aggressive manner, in communicating with him in English although he mentioned preferring to do business in French (particularly ironic for a translation company). Keleny sent him a document that changed many of his A + to B-, with completely wacky course titles. Even after mentioning these errors, Keleny returned the same document to him, without any correction. In addition, my friend paid for treatment in four working days. The total time, after all these incompetences, was about a month. Keleny is a company that is disrespectful to its customers in addition to being particularly unfit. Comme il déposait son dossier pour un programme d’études supérieures francophone après avoir étudié au baccalauréat en anglais, il devait faire traduire ses relevés de notes. D’abord, le service s’est entêté tout au long de la procédure, et de manière particulièrement agressante, à communiquer avec lui en anglais bien qu’il ait mentionné préférer faire affaire en français (particulièrement ironique pour une compagnie de traduction). Keleny lui a renvoyé un document ayant changé plusieurs de ses A+ en B-, avec des titres de cours complètement farfelus. Même après avoir mentionné ces erreurs, Keleny lui a renvoyé le même document, sans aucune correction. De plus, mon ami a payé pour un traitement en quatre jours ouvrables. Le temps total, après toutes ces incompétences, a été d’environ un mois. Keleny est une compagnie irrespectueuse envers ses clients en plus d’être particulièrement inapte.
