I went to Mr. Andalib to inquire about his services. I wanted to check with him if my documents were acceptable to translate, as they were old and had certain problems. He did not even listen and did not care about my question. He just asked me to give him my documents, pay and leave. Since I did not get a clear answer from him, I told him that I would rather have them re-issued to be safe and avoid problems later. He started making fun of me and telling me that I was confused, and that I was "probably going to go consult my neighbours after this." He told me: "You studied psychology but you seem mental". I was in his office for less than 5 minutes, but in that short period of time, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was so mad that he threw my documents back at me and asked me to leave. He just wanted to be paid without any questions. Worst experience of my life! AVOID if you have any self-respect!

As others have mentioned, he is so inaccurate in translating. Make sure to double check every single detail of your document before leaving the office. Also, you should be prepared that your privacy get violated by non-relevant questions like your marital status and your job in front of other clients. He is so nosy. He doe not accept any payment method other than cash!
