Be careful if you are foreign. I needed a translation to a Friday. She agreed. I paid Tuesday in advance by e-transfer. She typed wrong password and blocked the transaction. I went to her office on Wednesday and paid by debit. After I paid her (with the money guaranteed), she said that she would finish only for next Monday. I really needed on Friday at noun. I got desperate and I offered to translate by myself. She agreed. I translated at least 70% of the job. After I sent her the translation, her job was peace of cake. She knew that I needed at noun (because the person who would received worked until 1:00pm, I explained her in advance), but she purposely dared to say that she would give me only AFTER 1:00pm. She was clearly kidding an evil game just because she knew that I was a foreign desperate with the deadline. Then I said that I would talk to the Canadian person who recommended her. Then... a miracle happened... she miraculously changed her posture and finished the job before the noun. I asked for a discount she disdained me and said that I was bothering her. I have all emails proving her behavior and this testimonial.

Very nice helpful and friendly, lovely and workaholic lady.. I pass by to translate my passport for immigration purpose, arabic and Spanish, there were some of difficulty because some travel stumps unclear , when i saw that missing, i called her , she give me appointment next day and did the job perfectly corrected on spot ..by phone calling the translater she fixed every things Thank you Orailia ...????and happy new year ????????????

This is so funny, the owner doesn't really speak clear English. She doesn't even understand what I saying, I can't understand her English as well. I don't know how she manages the business. I had very very bad experience with A & T. Avoid them, they are not professional at all!!

Only because I cannot post 0 stars! All the reviews praising the fast service... that's not the owner, it's the translators who work under her, who are exploited, paid next to nothing, verbally abused, paid late while you (the customer) have to pay ahead of time we (the hardworking translators) wait months to be paid. And then when the owner makes mistakes (especially anything ICBC related) because she doesn't know the rules and requirements, we get blamed so she can save face. Save your time and money, go straight to the source and find a freelance translator through your provincial association.
