Very unprofessional and rude staff I came to this office to translate a medical degree from Arabic to English, and since the degree has very specific scientific phrases that need to be translate exactly according to medical terms, I have brought the English degree asking them to take the exact scientific title from it. They did not object, and for that I have paid the fees. But I was really surprised when I received my translation to see that he used word to word translation which make no sense in the medical terms. I asked him to correct this mistake, and I even showed him the official English University certificate that shows the exact title in English, but the old man refused to correct this mistake, and start giving excuses about how he has spent long years in the business, and he how he know better than me. And since this translation was no use for me without correcting these mistakes, therefore I asked for a refund but he refused to refund me telling that he will not give me my money back, I did not appreciate this attitude, if you do not deliver the agreed service then at least have the decency to return the money

We’ve been using Daban Translations for a long time and they’ve been doing an acceptable job generally. Unfortunately, Rasool’s ego has got the better of him, as he made a significant translation error for our entry/exit record document that rendered it useless. We tried to ask Rasool to correct the error but he rudely denied and dismissed our request. We were shocked that this is the same Rassol that we’ve been dealing with before. This caused us a lot of stress as we had to find another translator within a time constraint, and of course, pay again. I am very disappointed in Daban Translations for refusing to correct such a simple mistake that caused us a big inconvenience.

Greedy people and unethical.The owner "Rasool" quote me an amount for a document I emailed it to itself personally and after a few days when I went to him, he requested a double of the amount for the exact same document and when I remind him with the email his face changed and insist that it was not the same document while I am holding the exact copy in front of his computer asking him to compare them and he keeps saying no without without reading. PLEASE AVOID (Original) محتال وجشع .. انتبهوا من التعامل مع رسول دبان.. اعطاني عبر ايميل موثق سعر لترجمة مستند وعندما ذهبت اليه لم اذكره بالايميل، فقط طلبت منه ترجمة نفس المستند طلب ضعف المبلغ بعد أن رآني ، يعني من شكل الزبون يقرر السعر .. وحين ذكرته بالايميل وبأني سبق وارسلت له نسخه عن المستند .. تغيرت ملامحه وأصر على الانكار.. وعندما قلت له هذا التعامل لا اخلاقي قال لي اني قليلة أدب .. تجنبوا هذه الأشكال WORST experience ever.
