Even though I'm located in BC, I chose this translation agency because it offered a better rate than local companies I inquired with. Madonna's service exceeded my expectations. She was consistently quick to reply to my emails and and had the translation completed within just a couple of days. The translated documents arrived in the mail even faster that I anticipated. When I realized there was an error in one the documents - a mistake that was completely mine and my husbands fault because Madonna had us proof and check the documents before they were sent - Madonna did not hesitate to fix the document and mail it again, all at no extra cost. I've been coming to this translation agency since 2018 and have never regretted it. They get stuff done quickly, with barely any mistakes or issues. Even if there is an issue, they're responsive and efficient in tackling the matter. They'll always ask you to review your information before submitting the final copy which can be relieving. It is a waste. You can not name it translation. I sent them a text and they translated it. The translation was exactly from Google Translate (word by word)... You can check what I am saying from the source and the first translation you emailed me , go and compare it with Google translate. The manager gave it to another translator to be fixed . It was not a true translation....Skipped sentences, words and phrases. The translator added new words or expressions from his own knowledge and they are not in the source text.

I worked with them twice. First there was only a typo in the translation, second time they actually used the wrong wording. On one occasion I received someone else's documents - very concerning for privacy. On one occasion they forgot to tell me I can come pick up the translation, I only got to know as I followed up with them. They were pretty unhelpful over the phone. Not recommended. On top of this, after leaving my review, I got so many emails from different people to amend my review for different reasons, also I got a very cynical reply to my review at the Toronto office that I can not give more than 1* unfortunately.

The only downside is that they are not able to do notarization due to COVID and their office is close, but it’s understandable and reasonable. I would recommend calling them for more details. I was so lucky having Lorraine Tupas as my project manger working on my translations, also helped me tracking down old documents I had from previous time and she located them and communicated with the office and they were so cooperative that every one from multiple locations all worked together so fast and so accurate, I am very pleased with my experience working with her and next time I am going to work with here as she was a very nice person, patient and so respectful. Absolutely a horriable experience was given a price and sent Madonna my documents for translation they did not translate all the documents I tried calling was met with rudeness by Madonna she said communicate by email that was the beginning of my nightmare poor customer service and unwillingness to resolve the simple situation was unacceptable it was a big waste of my time dealing with Madonna I was referred to her by my immigration lawyer they were not happy to here of my negative experience and wont be recommending Madonna anymore im shocked how this so called reputable company allows unprofessional people with poor customer skills to run an office obvisouly they did not screen there employees before hiring them this can not be an isolated incident because of the lack of professinalism was so subpar it was not funny do not use the company im not a review writing type of guy but had to say something

I ask for a correction after my tranlation was rejected by the minister of transport for one word they said they would add a note which never happened, one word change costed the same than the whole translation ????????. Madonna Antonio was the translator.
