I tried to contact them but no one ever pick up the phone. I called several times and still could not reach to anyone. I have seen that they got a good rating in google map so I want to try it. I gave neutral rating because I haven’t used their business yet but hope that they would change their policy to pick up the call or respond to email fast.

Fantastic experience! I needed a translation from Russian to English for Visa Application. Called in the morning explained what I need and for what reason , got a quote . Emailed all the papers . By my suprise, the translated documents were done in couple hours. ???? Thank you .

Very helpful and friendly service. I did acouple of translations and notarization there and everything was done quickly and professionally. They would actually tell you what you do and don't need to do in your situation (for example, whether you need notarization or not) and wouldn't just try to make money off you.

When you call and try to explain what you need, they interrupt you and give lectures. As a result, they made a typo in the surname in the power of attorney, but they refused to correct it, since the original documents were already in Russia. Когда звонишь и пытаешься обьяснить что нужно тебя перебивают и читают лекции. В итоге, сделали опечатку в фамилии в доверенности то отказались исправить, так как оригинала документов уже были в России. Это только мое впечатление но я хочу предупредить всех об отвратительном сервисе и некачественном исполнении работы
