Went to the Cochrane location today to get 3 copies of a image I had on my USB. When I arrived to the print and copy area of the store there was an older man and younger man working. There was nobody in line and it seemed like they weren't busy because they were just small talking to each other. It took close to 5 min before they even acknowledged my existence to see what I wanted. When I asked that all I wanted was a quick print of my images, the older man gave me a pissed off look like my request was ridiculous. He then said it would take over an hour to get these printed for me. I said that's ridiculous because I've come in before and had the same job done in seconds. I then drove all the way to Country Hills location and the copy/print team there helped me instantly without any problems whatsoever. After reading reviews of the cochrane location it seems like I am not the only one that has had this problem with the older man working. Complete laziness, lack of respect towards a customer and refusing to complete simple tasks that he is being paid to do. What a joke, take your business elsewhere people

Went into staples today to purchase a speaker, I was not wearing a mask as I have underlying health conditions, the store manager came up to me and told me I had to put a mask on or to get out of the store. So I just left the item and walked out the store, I will take my business somewhere else.

I purchased a lap top from here months ago in the spring. I went to pick it up and took it home a few days later. They neglected to give me all the papers that went with it and I had to go back to collect them. Then today I called to ask if they physically had an item in stock at that store. The guy in the print department answered and told me that they did. So I drove there to get it. Except when I got there, it wasn't in stock and could only be ordered on line. Terrible customer service. I won't go back to that store

SERIOUSLY!! Can't say enough about the level of customer service i recently experienced here. After purchasing a tablet from this location, it failed on me just outside of the allowable date for store return. The store manager on site immediately addressed my concerns and ordered me a new device. Even going as far as to pick it up from another Staples location on her way to work the the next day for me. It's sad to say, but it felt kind of strange experiencing such a high level of customer care and commitment that seems to be the glaring minority as of late. I will definitely be returning here to gladly give them any and all of my business in the future!

I came today in the morning at 10am for printing few high quality papers. After waiting for 15 mins. The lady (supervisor) told me to come back as she had to run to the bank for her own appointment. The other guy (service consultant) told her to get another guy help to taking over, she responded: "I dont like him and cant trust him". And ask me to come back other time even it take less than 1 minute to print just few pages of paper. what a service

I will not go back into this store until the older fellow in the print area is GONE! he is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I needed a photo blown up onto just regular paper in black and white from a color picture. He said it would cost $35. Told him I get them done all the time at the chinook staples and it’s anywhere from $5 to $7 depending on the size. He then started to yell at me that they are doing it all wrong then!! I’ll just drive all the way to chinook to helpful and NICE people!!

The extreme kindness and patience they showed makes me think management must be doing something right. I'm very impressed with everything about this encounter.

Brutal customer service! This is the type of company Staples is...I bought an iPad from them on Thursday Feb 25th, 2021. When I unboxed it later that night I realized the home button was broken/stuck. I attempted to return the iPad on Saturday Feb 27th and was told no...we will not take it back, it is your problem now. Will never shop at Staples again!

I would give a zero star if possible. I bought a set of XL HP ink replacement cartridges and while the colored ones worked fine, the black is apparently dry, even though it was completely sealed. The manager told me they don't accept opened cartridges for return, and his response when I asked how I was to know there is a problem without opening it was to refer me to HP. This is an ink cartridge people, not a high ticket item, and his attitude is unacceptable.

I came to Staples in Cochrane to print a large document from a PDF file on a USB stick and to scan a large paper document I had to store on my USB stick. I was helped by Hannah who was very pleasant and eager to help. She was very knowledgeable about the process (options, cost, timing, etc.) Hannah completed my order without delay and delivered exactly what I came in for. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a cost effective way to print or scan a document in a time efficient manner.

I’ve been trying to get a refund for wireless earbuds from these guys since the beginning of June. The manager and employees aren’t very helpful at all!! They kept transferring me to different departments and I keep explaining the same issue over and over. They been telling me that they’ll fix but It’s now the beginning of July, I tried calling in today to resolve this issue but every time I have to talk to the manager. They never have time for me but don’t have a problem helping other people out. You guys suck!

Worst service I have ever received! Rude staff, in particular the manager lady. She ruined my day when she worked at Market Mall and I pledged never to return to that staples, but It would appear that the Cochrane location is not much better. Poorly managed and unfriendly staff (few exceptions). I do not recommend ever shopping here as Walmart is a more welcoming local place to shop.

Shout out to your store employee Shae-Lynn her customer service via the phone is above and beyond excellent. I am working from home since Feb 2021 and doing all my business online but not all things can be completed online. We still need people and people like Shae-Lynn. I have a large print job for a client that is going to take a coordinated effort with her, the printer and myself. I am so impressed by her email responses and am confident she will handle things for me. I will do a follow up review when completed but this woman deserves a raise and promotion because she is a rare pleasure to deal with. Thank you

Went in to buy a computer. The only person available was the cashier. I was told everyone was on break and I had to wait 15 minutes to buy it. I asked for a manager and she handed me it in the box and walked away. The cashier read me a brochure and told me I could buy warranty. I'm not sure if I got it. No upgrades offered. I do not recommend this store.

I've used Staples for a fair amount of copying and have had nothing but a completely helpful, positive experience. Even when there was a small problem, my order was fixed immediately with no charge to me. Everyone is friendly and quick, and I will come here for all of my copying and office needs.
