Going through financial strife isn't something I'd want for anyone. MNP not only answered all my questions, but they walked me through the process with patience. It took me months of communicating back and forth with MNP, asking questions, addressing concerns, before I was ready to make a decision that would change everything. They walked me through the processes step by step, talked me through what would be needed to continue and proceeded with empathy. I felt, human, which isnt something I had felt for a while. They walked me through how to do a budget, how to understand dollars in and costs out, and what steps i could take to regain control. Even if you aren't ready yet, I recommend giving them a call and asking questions. Their no pressure approach makes for a more comfortable transition to financial control.

My elderly mother-in-law overextended herself financially (mostly by helping others) and her anxiety at losing the ability to make all required payments became so intense it significantly impacted her health. When she finally communicated to us about her financial stress, we started with the Credit Counselling Society who were very helpful but didn't have all the tools available to a Bankruptcy Trustee. They suggested a few trustees including MNP. Kiu and the team at MNP were essentially life-savers for my mother-in-law because they were able to make a workable bankruptcy plan that resulted in her being able to live a dignified life at an excellent retirement residence under much lower stress. Her health has improved since those dark days before MNP helped her. We highly recommend the professionals at MNP.

My very first contact with MNP's office downtown was lovely, it was easy and quick to make an appointment.
