I had a great experience with Mercedes-Benz Country Hills. I live in Edmonton and had a not very good experience with one of the dealerships in Edmonton. I contacted MB Country Hills to inquire about a new GLC that was available in Stock and in less than 36 hours I was driving my new car! Everything was handled virtually and they made sure to have it ready for pick up in 36 hours because Saturday was the only day that I could go to Calgary to pick up the car. Kent the salesman who I worked with even offered that they can send the car to my home if I could not go to Calgary. I would definitely recommend MB Country Hills to everyone. Olivia from Finance department was also amazing, she made sure that all the finance approvals and my Preferred Supplier Discount approval was done quickly. From the first phone call to driving away in my new car I was treated with absolute respect and kindness by everyone I interacted with. Kent my brand specialist was professional and courteous the second I walked in the door to meet him. I was only going in to entertain the idea of trading up to something more suited for my changing lifestyle but after meeting Kent and talking to him and being shown the car I was ready on the spot to make the change. Never again - caused much damage to my car After bringing my car here for an airbag service recall my steering wheel had sustained serious damage caused by the technicians who did the work They didn't tell me before hand that my beloved Mercedes Benz would be damaged, nor did I sign any kind of damage waiver The metal trim around the steering wheel was left sharp and jagged and incorrectly installed, and holes were left in the steering wheel cover. I actually injured my hand on the jagged parts Their Asst. Service Manager admitted and accepted responsibility for the damage and promised to fix the steering wheel trim and the cover - see texts photo. They replaced the trim, but then refused to fix the holes claiming "oh well nothing we can do its part of the procedure" and "go ahead, take us to court" My advice? There are plenty of OTHER good Mercedes dealers in the area, I suggest you pick one. ..

I purchased my ML550 in February of this year! Was told the engine would not disappoint me! They stated the engine used in this vehicle has been used for over 40 yrs and I would not have any issues with it! I’m a single lady so was on guard as to what I was getting! In my past I was purchasing vehicles from small used car lots but figured with this bigger purchase I would buy directly from the dealership! Safe way to go right? They know their vehicles and everything would be checked over well before selling. Upon purchase I was told they wouldn’t be able to offer me an extended warranty this was upsetting but again… they are saying I would not be disappointed! A few months into ownership I’m having issues with the engine light coming on. A call was made and was told that once I leave their lot they cannot help me. I do the necessary work and engine light is on again!! Misfiring cylinder 5 & fuel injector issue! Fuel injector, spark plugs, coil pack was replaced without their help and no change in vehicle. This vehicle is running very poorly, shaking and blowing white exhaust! Called Mercedes to talk to a manager and now it’s 2 days with no call back!! I trusted Mercedes! I came to you in hopes that you would be honest and not sell me a vehicle with engine problems!! I can’t get to work to even pay my bills!! No vehicle and no call back!! These guys are out for the money and don’t care about you!! If your making a purchase you would be called back quick and helped!! Sadly, when I first purchased my vehicle I gave them a high rating and great review!! I take that back now!! All I have is a vehicle with major engine problems and a large debt!! For future…trust the small guys more!! Never had a problem with them before!!

Personally my experience with 2018 GLC 300 4matic Car itself is NOT GREAT AT ALL and so does with company too...This car is not for winter esp if you park outside then as seen is photo even at -4 to -8 C it won’t function...I am sitting in car waiting for >40min already and late for work...This is third time it happened in 2 winters in a raw and I bought a brand new only 2 winters so far...since its been 2.5 yrs and now air vents had a annoying noise for 3 days and now its gone...how could you even explain to service dept... spoke with a service dept person and said they are fully booked for 8 days and if the car doesn’t have same error again then no need to come for appointment...means occasionally it causes this error then you suffer being late for your commitments or work and that’s our issue now... after you explain everything again he said he have 5-6 spots available in 2 days...it’s it weird...Company does not provide remote starter installation services (not free but even if you pay) and if you do it somewhere else then you are at risk of voiding warranty if something goes wrong...so it’s kinda risk you take because they don’t provide the basic service which most companies does....Think twice before you buy...personally not recommended.

Purchased a used vehicle from this location. The process of the sale itself and the honesty about the issues were actually good. The low rating results from a few things following the initial experience: 1) The finance manager was the opposite of friendly and it was obvious that I was only in their office to hand over money. Talking about payment details, car pickup date, or anything else was deliberately kept as short as possible. 2) On pickup of the car I brought my license plate and handed it to them to affix to the vehicle for me while I finished the paperwork. Once I arrived home, I noticed the license plate not sitting flush, so I thought I'd see if I could correct that. The reason the license plate wasn't sitting right? The license plate holder was actually broken, and they had affixed the plate to the vehicle with DOUBLE SIDED TAPE. If I had not caught this, how far would I have got before my license plate fell off and I never noticed? This was completely unacceptable. 3) One of their customer care people emailed me a couple days after i took the vehicle home to follow up and make sure everything was good. I responded with my concern over the license plate and asked why that was done. NO RESPONSE. They never once offered to fix the license plate holder, nor an apology, or any response whatsoever. It's now been over a month since that email, which I feel is more than enough chance for them to make things right.

I giving this dealership a one for the simple reason there service department seems to be lacking , I was told my vehicle needed some part To get it fixed that would be brought in from Ontario , now I brought my car in on a Thursday And the part did not seem to get order some how until Saturday !! Why I have no idea . It’s now a Monday! And you bet have not made any provision for a loaner ? To me that part should have been ordered the next day ! This is totally not expectable in my option ! I was told by The service advisor the vehicle at the very least ! would be repaired and back to me Monday at close . Seems all they want to do is sell new cars not Really concerned about helping people who need there vehicles serviced and returned on a timely manner ! Especially when the part Should have been ordered ASAP

My C450 AMG got a new headlight & new front sensors installed. After the install, the car was programmed and returned to me. Since I have experienced problems with my headlight not be aligned facing down and creating very dangerous driving conditions at night on the highway as I cannot see more than 50 feet ahead of me going the speed limit at 100KM/H. I have also had issues with my front sensors since. Every time I come to a complete stop my car believes it is about to crash and makes an unbearable noise because of the proximity parking sensors. I also have my collision warning go off on me while I drive thanks to the poor sensor programming performed by Country Hills Mercedes. All these issues have been a result of servicing my car at Country Hills. I work 6 days a week and every Thursday (My day off), they expect me to drop my car off without a loner car and expect me to sit at home. Last week, when I called to get an update they told me they were not able to return my car as they had promised. I found myself paying for a rental car to get to work. I am asking you guys, as a customer why is it that I am paying the price of Mercedes Benz Country Hills mistakes? If you own a Mercedes, I would highly recommend you look into servicing your car at Lone Star Mercedes or Mercedes Down Town. Find yourself a dealer that will own up to their mistakes and help you with the proper customer service that you deserve as a proud Mercedes Benz owner.

We recently bought a used Range Rover from this location and the experience throughout the process was quite pleasant. From the first call I made they were courteous and responsive. Kartik (Sales Team) was great to deal with, he was friendly and made us feel welcome. Even though the vehicle was a non Mercedes, he was able to give us all the information we needed to make a decision. The difficult part is always the negotiations for the "trade-in" but Kartik made us feel comfortable throughout the process. At the end of the day we felt that we did in fact get a good deal on the Range Rover, which is what I guess everyone wants. Brent W. was our finance manager and did a great job explaining everything and working with the banks to get us the rate we wanted. That process was quite painless. Last but not least it was Daniel K. who took care of the delivery of the vehicle. He was really nice and he took the time to answer any questions we had. Again, because it was a non Mercedes product, he may not have had all the knowledge but he made sure to go digging for details as needed. Overall, the whole process from start to finish was pleasant and we would definitely recommend dealing with these guys if you are in the market for a vehicle. I had 2 sales rep, to help me with the purchase. First sales rep were very professional, but used a lot of my time. I am a very busy person and does not like to go through too much sales formalities and negotiations. After one hour of wasted time during the first visit, I had to request another sales, Latif Jivan was the one who end up closing the deal with me. Long story short, in early December 2021,I was trying to find a 2020/2021 MB GLS450 with every option available. I was able to locate one, but it was 3400 km away, at Mercedes-Benz Country Hills. “WORST POST SALES SERVICE” Until you buy your car, everything is GOLDEN! But I had mats missing in my car which were promised to be delivered next day but after 28 days and 10s of follow up, I had to personally come and get them. If you have anything missing in your car, don’t leave the showroom as they will not care after that. After 28 days when I come to get the mats, they hand it to me over the reception which is so annoying. No one had the courtesy to even apologise for their mistake. The delivery manager at the time of delivery says that he will forward the tutorial videos for some features and did not hear back anything. Not the next for sure.

Purchased a pre-owned 2018 GLE from Country Hills Mercedes and I am very happy with it. They did an outstanding job preparing it and detailing the vehicle. We were very impressed also with Catherine, our Delivery Specialist, who was friendly and professional and guided us through the vehicle features. The showroom is beautiful, modern and spacious. Our original salesperson was changed during the sales process (shame, because we liked him) however Kent, who we ended up with, was very capable and responsive to our queries. A couple of post-sale items did need some chasing up at times but were finally resolved after a few weeks (owing to a wait for some keys to come in from Mercedes). Overall I would definitely recommend Country Hills Mercedes, and I look forward to a great service experience with these guys as time goes by.

She answered all of my questions and arranged a test drive with a vehicle that was even sitting in the showroom as opposed to outside on the lot. The first Sales Representative wasn't too good as he judged people and threw my drivers back to me at the table. He asked my wife and I to come back second time for a test drive ( Maybe because we drove an RAV4 and believed that we couldn't afford such a big upgrade ). Andy Wang was much better who walks through all the things and treated us respectively. We were able to test drive the car right away. Daniel Khavkin the delivery specialist, who was even more fantastic! He explained very detailed and slowly on all the things that you can do on a Mercedes-Benz car. Now I can easily use all the functions that are on my AMG. Thanks.
