This is the worst restaurant i have ever been to or ordered from. Food was disgusting, Servers were retarded, and it looked like no one had cleaned the place in months. Gave it a second chance and ordered delivery. Again the most disgusting cold food i have ever eaten and it had taken almost 2 hrs to arrive. This is the most terrible, awful experience i have ever had with a restaurant. it is sad to say that even aardvarks is better. Run away and go enjoy a local place like tommys or tou lou lous!!!!!

Good place for families or couples on the bar side. Food is decent. Anything with steak sucks. Very tough and tasteless. Was sitting in view of back of house and watched cook rub his nose with his hand and continue to work without washing hands. No.1 rule!

The Hakuna Matata Burger! The service was very slow! We waited 20 minutes for the waiter to take our order and over 1 hour to get our food. When we got our food, my burger patty looked like worms. It was very greasy with no flavor. Pizza was the only acceptable item on the menu, unless you are strictly getting pizza, save your money and go to a place that specializes in burgers.

Did not appreciate the service at all. We were seated and had our order taken and 40 minutes later we realize that people who were seated 10 minutes after us had already received their full course meals and the exact type of wings we have been waiting on for the past 40 minutes along with a couple of others who showed up after us. It was upsetting that people who ordered after us got all their food first. When we expressed that we were upset the waiter waived the fee and apologized and asked us to stay but our meal was ruined and we didn’t feel the apology was sincere. Needles to say we left. Racial profiling may have been a factor as we were the only Indigenous people he was serving.

Definitely not the best Boston Pizza I've been to. You spend ages waiting for service, only to recieve food that is passable at best. The pizza was soggy, lukewarm and simply alright. If wait time was improved, things would certainly be better.

Called ahead to ask about availability, was told everything should be good. When my party arrives at the restaurant, the server tells us that they aren't serving food because they are under-staffed. Why wasn't this said when I called ahead? I wasted a ton of time driving down there for what? I understand a small restaurant having this problem, not a huge chain restaurant like Boston Pizza. Very disappointed with this experience.

CoVid protocols were in place. Servers were friendly and efficient. It wasn't very busy so food arrived quickly to the table. It has been a while since our last visit. The menu was new to us but may not be new. Interesting take on the Hawaiian Pizza. Highly recommend trying it.

Very disappointed. Usually I have an amazing experience here but these last couple times have been pretty rough. This time we waited over an hour for our food to come out and when it came out it was cold. We actually had to send it back and when it came back to us it was straight out of the microwave and dry as can be. The pizza was burnt and crusted to the point like it was eating very thick chips. The pasta was extremely dry and barely had any sauce. And the so-called steamed vegetables were also very cold and frozen in the middle like they were thrown in a giant bowl in the microwave. All in all was an extremely dissapointing experience

My favourite beer was on tap, which made me very happy. Hayley was our waitress for the second time in a row. She's very friendly and attentive, so again, very happy having her as our server. I took a big risk and ordered steak at a pizza place and was pleasantly surprised. It was cooked exactly how I asked for it and seasoned very well. Veggies and loaded mini potatoes on the side were also really good. It was probably one of the best meals I've had there (I usually stick with pizza). I like this location. The service is friendly and efficient, food is tasty and the restaurant is clean.

Great food quality however there was a few servers there that give dirty looks and wont offer any help. When i went to pay i had to track my server down in the restaurant and i found 2 other servers by the cash register. I told them i was ready to pay and they looked at me like i had 5 heads. Other than that its a great place to eat.

Our families are very big fans of the Boston Pizza franchise. This location we have visited twice and instead of being a flagship of the franchise it is actually quite the opposite. Understandably it is hard to find good staff in Banff but the only positive was that the Manager and our Server were excellent. Everything else was not great. Will not return to this location when in Banff but recommend going to BPs in another location.

She was kind enough to provide me with detailed knowledge of Banff and taught me a little Spanish even though I didn't ask ???? Back home pizza hut barely gives me a smile, Izzy was fantastic! Ended up in this beautiful place by shear accident and it turned out to be one of a kind experience for us. Of course it started with the warm and welcoming attitude of our waitress (very sorry didn't write down the name) but operator # 10 & trace # 7834. Then it got better when the food arrived which was "delicious". Our second tastey bread was specially delivered by none other than the General Manager and the man with friendlier, open minded, outgoing and intelligent attitude Cuyler. I initiated the talk because I just felt happy being there and this man listened to me as if I am king or something. I never was, not am or will be a king and thats written in stone. Cuyler did not have to listen to me and talk to me till my food got cold. He did so because of his great personality, harmonious and very knowledeable attitude that I truly appreciated. So long story short (if you can call this short) ... you folks are the best over at Boston Pizza 205 Franklin Blvd in Cambridge. Keep up the good work, you make this great country of ours feel and shine with more greatness. Just from a (grateful & satisffied) customer and citizen of this Great Country on Earth. Peace to all.

We went for a friends birthday, had a little bit of a waiting time. The food was good, we ordered veggie pizza and pasta with NYC cheese cake. Our server, Sam, absolutely made our night they were very professional, cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were super tired after a long hike but the dinner was a good pick me up!

We ordered calamari for our child when we dined in yesterday. When the plate came in, there were jalapenos in it which is fine. We just have to pick out the squid from it. But there were literally 5 pieces of calamari in there. The rest of the plate are just jalapenos. We brought out our concern who seemed like the manager and he was very nice and told us he’ll take care of it. When our new plate of calamari came in, the lady (who is not our server) said “I have a request here for a calamari with no toppings.” I said to her I did not ask it to be that way. I only asked for more squid. She did not reply and just left. It was a little burnt and has no spices with it or anything at all. It tasted sooo bad I could not give it to my child. I dont want to complain again about it. It was a holiday and the place was so busy. My child ended up eating pizza instead. We ordered other food as well but almost all of it tasted so bland we could not finish them. My parents and inlaws were there with us and it was our first time going in this location, and I was really disappointed with this experience. The only positive experience I had that day was our server was very friendly and nice.

Do not go here even if it's the last place to go in a zombie apocalypse. Worst restaurant ever in my life. Took us forever to get seated, and it took another eternity to get our menus; Another lifetime to get a hold of a person to get our orders. Food came, at least the orders came right, unlike other people in other reviews. After eating, I had to wait again. Not a single refill of drinks. When I was paying, the worker asked if I enjoyed my meal. i said I had the worst experience in my life. She said they were busy with customers. Yeah, in an empty restaurant? I saw the workers chatting around the bar, not giving a single glace to the customers. There were 3 times more empty tables to the occupied ones. JUST avoid this place by every single chance you get. Not worth it, not even if it is the last choice to go.

I’ve visited this location tonight in the mist of all the commotion with leaving and getting my children ready I forgot to get my change from the waitress no fault of hers when I realize that my change was gone I had paid with $100 bill and there was a large amount of change due back I called the store and the manager had told me that the waitress had already brought the existing change to her the manager and said that it could have possibly been a mistake on the customers behalf which would’ve of been me I was really grateful that the waitress was honest and realize that I may have made a mistake I’ve always loved this location. As a new local, I have never been so humiliated in my life. The bartender says (in front of customers) “You came here four times and I haven’t received a tip” the disrespect for the industry. Yes I understand tips for the job, but you work to work and give your all either way. I know for fact because I work with customers everyday myself. Disappointed to say I will never go back as longs as he works there. Doesn’t deserve my first star at all. Second he ignored me while I was sitting there without a beverage and talking with other customers with beverages.. thanks for the hospitality but not for me again.

Restaurants in tourist areas rarely care about impressing patrons. That's exactly how I felt here. I ordered a personal size pizza, which was delivered to our table "doughy" in the center. Waitress didn't seem to care much, was very busy socializing with other guests

Although the restaurant is clean, the food was somewhat lack-lustre. My pizza was somewhat bland (dough was not particularly appetizing, toppings just thrown on), and my girlfriends pasta was bland. I’m not sure what’s going on in the kitchen, since I’ve never had this experience at BP before. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Ordered food at lunchtime for pickup at 5pm. Arrived and called to let them know we were there. Waitress had no clue about our order at the start then found it. Said there is no reason why it shouldn't be ready since we called in so early in the day. 35 mins later still no food so I went in and of course they haven't even started to cook it. The lack of management skills is apparent. Never again will we go here. Go to the Preston Boston Pizza. This happened at the Franklin Boston Pizza

It's a Boston pizza as any other... It was kinda louc because of a game that was going on on the TV and ppl were cheering really loud... A part from that it was the only place that could fit 14 ppl on a Sunday afternoon of a long weekend, so it was ok!

I've been to many Boston Pizza's because it has a huge menu and we can all get something we want. Banff location was especially fun because our waitress was from Australia and was very engaging. Our food was typical BP and the service was fast. Good for a town full of stuffy high end restaurants. This is for kids!

The server asked us and take our orders he asked me if it’s bacon or shrimp but when the food came it’s like a vegetarian food it’s fettuccine with tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach I guess with a cheese melted on top so it’s really far from what we ordered but we didn’t returned it because we thought what if we returned it they might throw it away so we just ate it but we didn’t finished it and I still gave a tip for the server

I ordered a full rack of ribs with honey garlic, they were tasteless. Had no flavor at all. Same thing with the chicken alfredo my girlfriend ordered, did not taste like chicken alfredo. I have been to this Boston Pizza 4 times now while in Banff. All experiences have been good. On my recent vist on September 19, 2021 I was greeted by the same manager Matt. He recognized I had a disability and opened the door for me. Thanks. He is very friendly and hands on. Our Server was Sam and she was very good. Efficient and very pleasant to talk too. Please acknowledge her for her good work. The staff and management we're very accommodating. During one visit during the second week of March, 2021 I went to this Boston Pizza twice for dinner. There is a long set of stairs to go up. The manager on staff notice that I had a disability and quickly pointed out to me that I could take the elevator going down. This was greatly appreciated. During my second dinner on my recent trip the waitress Kelsey was very good. She took the time to talk to us and get to know us as people and not just us customers. To me this is key in customer service. I would like management to give Kelsey recognition for the good service she gave us. The prices are little more than where we come from, but you have to remember you are in a national park. Thanks for the good food and a good service.

On the back of their receipts it encourages you to fill out a survey with a chance to win $200. But the Banff location has chosen to remove the Survey HQ Access Codes from their receipts so their customers can not submit reviews. Too bad for people that live in Banff, no chance to win! Also, what does that say about this location if they are choosing not to allow customers to formally share their feedback with the company, they are either scared of what the reviews will say...or they don't care about receiving their customers feedback.

We had a great lunch visit today. I was out to Banff with my son. We shared medium(hot) oven roasted wings and the medium Meateor pizza. Then we tried the dessert pizza. Everything was so good. I order the same meal and every time it's a different surprise! 0 star for presentation.No sauce,no meat on 1 side and I asked for no mushrooms. Obviously the clown "playing" with food can't read.Looks like extra mushrooms to me. Again, very little meat either the owner is cheap or the staff is skimming for themselves. Been there 4 times this past month and will not go back. I have been to BP''s all across Alberta and never thought I would found a restaurant as bad as Camrose. Banff location is terrible. The worst Boston Pizza experience that we've ever had. The server was extremely rude and condescending. The spaghetti noodles were overcooked and didn't have enough sauce. When we asked for more sauce, she charged us extra. The sprite also had a moldy taste. When we asked if we could have root beer instead, she came back with the same drink with a lime on top. Luckily the manager was nice and he got rid of our extra charges for the sauce and got rid of the charges for the drinks. Two stars instead of one just because of the manager.

Wonder why this place is still in business after this much complaint because I had almost the same problem: We got the wrong order and we didn't feel sending them back because everyone makes a mistake and we ended up eating them while it really was not the food we had wanted and the restaurant gave us a $10 discount and that was two years ago but I see the same issue with almost every customer here and the place is still up and running and sounds like that the management hasn't done anything about it!

Went here for a team dinner during a hockey tournament this past weekend. They put together a buffet style meal with unlimited pizza, fresh veggies, bottomless pop and salad. We have been vacationing in Banff for a week and this is by far the worst service we have received here as of yet. We received a cold pasta and the server seemed indifferent but got the manager and they didn’t seem to care but reheated the mess that it already was. It was only slightly warmer when he brought out the new mess on a plate. I mentioned it to him and he seemed angry at me that I did not like his remedy. They didn’t end up charging me for the crappy cold meal, but I was made to feel guilty for their mistake. We’ll dine elsewhere for the remainder of our trip!

Went to the bànff Boston pizza today the waiter that took us to our seats put menus down then just walked away we had 2 children with us she only gave us adult menus we waited a while before anyone came to see us then when we got our food wasn't very Impressed with the pizza there wasn't much meat on it no-one came to see if the kids needed a refill so they was sat there with no drink for a while also the waiter that brought our food just dumped it on the table and walked away without asking if we needed anything else. Fries were ice cold, steak tasted burnt, dried out, even though I ordered it rare. It was pink but somehow super dry and chewy, tasted like it was VERY old and cooked on a dirty grill. They were out of sour cream but didn't tell us until after they brought out our quesidilla. It's supposed to come with sour cream, would have been nice to be notified FIRST. We ordered Caesars and the bottom of the drink was black with worshesters sauce, way too much and tasted gross. Server offered us a fruit cup or cookie with our son's meal. We choose a fruit cup, asked to take it to go, and to have our bill as well. Waited nearly ten minutes despite the restaurant being completely empty. Server came back with our bill and told us they were also out of fruit cups, did not offer a replacement. Worst restaurant experience, did not eat my meal, sent it back. I advise people to eat elsewhere.

My girlfriend and I visited this location on Monday October 13th 2014. We had Abby serve us in the bar/lounge area. She seemed nice when she greeted us, but when our food came out, most of it was wrong. I had ordered the Jambalaya Fettucini sub penne and a side of pesto. My girlfriend had ordered half perogy and half Mediterranean pizza. When our food came out, my pesto wasn't ordered, and they forgot my garlic bread. My girlfriend's pizza was half Tuscan and Half Mediterranean instead of half perogy. I was surprised Abby even remembered to sub penne as my pasta. When we told the gentleman that served us this wasn't what we ordered, he just said "oh yeah, it's Tuscan, that's not perogy". It took Abby at least 15 minutes before she came to check on how everything was for us. She'd forgotten to bring us parmesan and chili flakes. When we asked for the bill, she LITERALLY threw the check pad on our table and ran off. I had never been so appalled before. There were only 3 young gentleman at the bar having beers, and another 2 tables of couples. It wasn't like she was running around like a chicken with it's head cut off, but the service resembled nothing less than just that.

They gave me salad without forks and I had to just watch it for 15min because they never cared about me. Generally we think BP is decent. The experience is consistent and it is hard to go wrong when you use the $5 kids meals card. We went to the Banff location last night and was surprised by the experience we had. It was above "normal". The food was prepared exactly as we requested, there was obvious care and attention to the way the food was plated and presented. The cherry on the Sunday was having Samuel for our server. He was was genuinely pleasant and friendly he really made our day! Honestly Samuel (server name on bill) made all the difference in the world for our visit. He is an exceptional server. The service was great! We loved our server. But the food was too bland. We ordered pasta. There was absolutely no flavor in the food. No salt/ couldn't taste anything. I ordered the mushrooms fettuccini, the pasta came out dry with almost no alfredo sauce at all. When i asked for sauce i was charged extra. I suggest to never get pasta from this place as you forsure leave unsatisfied.

Yesterday was my second poor experience with this Boston Pizza. My first was back in June when the messed up our order. By the time they fixed the order it was time to leave. So we had to wait AGAIN for them to pack it up. Yesterday we called ahead to order takeout. We changed our minds and decided to dine in, the hostess said to keep the order as take out cause it will be faster. We SPECIFICALLY asked if we could still eat there even though it’s take out and she said yes. And pointed out a table for us to eat at. While waiting for the food, the waiter came by and told us that we cannot eat there because we ordered takeout. Without argument we paid and we left. This was very disappointing considering the restaurant was pretty much empty and they had no trouble seating and serving the next couple that walked in. I’m disgusted with this treatment and hope they learn how to better serve their customers and maybe they can make it to a 3.5 rating at least.

Very good job in complying with my girlfriends onion allergy. My nacho chips were stale but they compensated with no issues, overall really impressive Edited: well. The management was fine. But the waitress that served us must of been mad that we didn't tip her for not showing up to our table at all during our meal. I put the money down on the table in front of my girlfriend and she aggressively grabs it nearly scaring my epileptic girlfriend into a seizure. Absolutely ridiculous and immature. Was going to host a birthday party here but I will not be returning due to such childish behaviour

My waitress got my drink wrong, asked for Sprite, got Iced Tea, and she got my whole order wrong, asked for Bandera Pizza Bread, she comes back with their garbage BP Pizza Bread, completely different dish, comes with no sauce and no cheese, and when I say she got the order wrong she tells me that's what she heard me say, after I had pointed to it on the menu, no apology, nothing. We showed up on the 26th with a reservation for 20 people for the 27th at The Keg that cancelled due to their short staff. Called Boston Pizza Banff and they were more than accomodating for such a large party with very short notice. We showed up and they had our food out in near record time and it was delish. Service was great all around. Keep it up guys, 5 outta 5!

Only one star because I can’t do anything lower. I got the pesto chicken pasta and it was not pesto. The food was disgusting and the prices are ridiculous. The meal was basically luke-warm pasta with butter on it. No flavour no seasoning other than a tiny sprinkle of “seasonings” to make it look like it was something close to a “pesto.” Never going to any Boston Pizza again. The prices are outrages for food that a 10 year old could do a better job at. Go to the Spaghetti factory for italian. Cheaper and better food.

Extremely disappointed. Not only was the restraunt not clean but the bathrooms were very dirty. What makes it worse was being the one person in the group who did not receive food on time due to the waiter forgetting to put in order. Aug 16/16: we, total 10 people, are Deaf with kids came for the dinner. We gave our server #61 Kelly, low tips: 1) not to check on us often. We waited..that evening there were not many people. No excuse. 2) tried to wave hands to her, her face was like "horse with block", other wonderful servers came to us what to need. 3) we feel that the server #61 avoid us due to our communication where we have to write paper/pen or body language. Like no interested for her attention on us. Overall, foods were very good, other friend was not satisfied because there was not enough sauce on pasta. All good. Disappointed there was no longer butter chicken pizza - yummy! Yes we will go back BUT not the server Kelly for us again! We will not forget her face, of course!

We sat on the balcony overviewing the main street and the mountains, it was so lovely and food was great. I left the place having waited for 15 min with no server interested to take my order. This was a Thu evening, 7 June, before 7 pm. The restaurant wasn’t even crowded at all. The one who was supposed to do so was more interested in practicing her Spanish or sharing her family background at another table. I hope she got a good tip from them because she must have provided them with such a good conversation opportunity. There was a kind young man who walked past us but could not assist as he is not a server. When he noticed that we haven’t been served after a while, he alerted that young lady who was supposed to serve us. She simply dismissed him, and said she will come to us soon. There was no acknowledgement of our presence not apologise for the delay. We decided to go to Subway instead. Although the service is not excellent there either, but we weren’t made to feel that we weren’t supposed to be there. Oh, by the way, when we walked out, the counter staff didn’t even ask what happened.

Waited 45 minutes for a sandwich and fries which was cold when I got it and a soggy greasy mess. The waitress never checked to see if everything was ok. Didn’t even get dressing on the salad. Save your money and don’t bother. You’d be better off at McDonald’s.
