In September we applied for Canadian passports. But our children's birth certificates were not accepted because the translation from Hebrew was not performed by a certified translator. I addressed the Translation Agency of Manitoba. Thanks to their high professionalism the certified translator was found in Ontario (unfortunately we do not have certified translators from Hebrew in Manitoba) and the translation was done . Perfect job. Thank you so much. If I need any other translation I would come to your place once again.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE , THEY CHARGED ME AROUND 230 CAD FOR TRANSLATION OF 4 STAMPS , THE PAGES WERE IN ENGLISH ONLY THE STAMPS NEEDED TO BE ATIO TRANSLATED ( 230 CAD FOR AROUND 10-15 WORDS) AND GUESS WHAT IF THE 4 STAMPS WERE ON THE SAME PAGE THE COST WOULD BE 89 CAD BUT BECAUSE THEY WERE ON 4 PAGES I HAD TO PAY 230 CAD , VERY OVER PRICED BUT NO ONE ELSE CAN DO THIS IN MANITOBA SO I THINK THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE COST OR THE BAD WAY OF COMMUNICATION, THE SECOND ISSUE THEY SAY AROUND 4-5 DAYS TO RECEIVE THE PAPERS , NOW I AM 14 DAYS AND WAITING CALLED THEM 6 DAYS AGO BUT IN VAIN NOW I AM BEYOND THE TIME TO SEND MY TRANSLATED PAPERS AND MISSING AN EXAM. WORST ORGANIZATION WORST PEOPLE, AND I WILL NOT STOP HERE I WILL TELL EVERYBODY ABOUT HOW BAD THEY ARE. THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR
