Arbitration Place

I had the good fortune of hiring Express International Translations for a two week international arbitration. Right from the very first call, Philippe provided exemplary customer service. The hearing was complex and Philippe spent a considerable amount of time in advance preparing so that his simultaneous interpretations were both accurate and seamless. Philippe was professional, arrived well before the scheduled start times each day and was an absolute pleasure to work with every day. In fact, he did such a great job, my client specifically requested him for the final day of argument held in Montreal, even though it meant they had to incur travel and accommodation costs. When another client called in desperate need of a quick turnaround of some translation work, I did not hesitate to refer them to Express International Translations and, again, Philippe did an excellent job for them.
