Terrible service. My wife and I needed documents translated for her permanent residence application and after being two days late they tried to double charge us for work not even yet completed and then made an excuse of being sick.. completely amateur.

Horrible! Don’t forget to check the document because they can forget to translate a huge title like they did in my document, don’t expected to have everything properly done in 2 business days because they will tell you are impolite and offer full refund on the 10th day and use COVID-19 as excuse.

They forgot or lost my e-documents on their e-mail. I had to reach to them like three times given that I had already given them my bank info. Then, even when I had already sent them an old translation I had from my documents, they had numerous mistakes in the translation they made. I had to ask them to correct it three times on important errors such as dates, orthography, and names. It was so funny that they signed their e-mails with a PhD title when their service was so poor that seemed from a kindergarten kid. I you need a fast, accurate and professional service look for someone else.
