Inaccurate work, terrible service. Very obvious whoever handled their Japanese translations uses google translate. I had documents translated a while back at QLPD, not because I was unable to translate them, but because I am not an accredited translator. The translator made an error that I spotted, and when asked to have it corrected, the translator and the management staff swore up and down that there was no error and refused to fix the issue. The error was that they did not include my full name in the translated version of the document. I know for fact that my full name was written phonetically on the original document. I tried to explain this, even attaching a phonetic guide to the language, and explaining the issue in detail, and they swore that they had made no mistake. The service was very cheap. I got what I paid for. Never again.

Quick responds, very communicative, work for your convenience. If I will need any translation services in Canada in future - then most probably I will use their help again. Special thanks to Sam! The only thing that can make some delays is delivery. But that's another company so it's another story.
