I wanted to get my chats translated, I contacted a guy named sam, I asked him how much will he charge and how long will it take for translation to be done because I needed the translation urgently and he knew I needed it asap, also told him I have 77 screenshots that has to be translated. He said 1-3 days, After 2-3 days, he send me the draft with only 6 attachments ( there was total of 14 attachments) and tell me, the translator is behind on the translation, it will take him couple more days. After reviewing the draft, there was so many errors that I didn't have the time to fix, if there was few errors, I would've fixed it. I couldn't even understand the chat translation myself. So I decided on the same day, I didn't want to get my translation done from him because I wasn't satisfy and he wasted my 3 days, I called him on the same because I wanted to tell him to stop working on my translation, but he didn't pick up the phone. When he calls me the next day, I tell him everything and I told him to give me a refund. He said he will calculate everything and let me know, so he emails me back saying the translator was on his 8th document and the cost of the project was more than I payed him and couldn't give me the refund . It wasn't my fault that he didn't pick up my call on the same and he started working on the 8th document. I understand he took his time and did some transition and I told him he can keep some amount and I want some refund back. There was no stamp anything on the translation, it was only draft that he send me and the transation was no use to me! AND he has ONLY send me 6 attachment DRAFT not even all my attachments. First, he lied to me that he will take 1-3 days, if he would've told me at the first place it will take longer, I would never agreed to get my translation done. He wasted my time and my money. I emailed the head office, didn't get any response back. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to get their transation done from here!!
