(Translated) The viewpoint is right next to the highway and there is no observatory. When I got off the car, the breathtaking scenery spread. There was a picture of the real thing in front of me on the information board at the starting point of Dempster Highway. The valleys carved by the river are not deep, but the river becomes thicker and thinner, splits in several lines, and creates a wetland that seems to be flowing. The colored tundra is really a carpet, not a metaphor. Tombstone Mountain stands on the throne in the middle of the valley. The arrangement of the rock mountains on the left and right is like a picture. Despite the long-distance view, the Iwamine group is powerful. It's so big that it can't fit in the camera, and it's a landscape that can be drawn no matter where you cut and frame it. The scenery here is shining brightest only in the autumn when the tundra at the foot of the foliage turns red as if it were covered with a red carpet. It is a few days from late August to early September. This year (2014), the colors of autumn leaves started earlier than normal, so I was fortunate enough to see a wonderful view. (Original) viewpoint はハイウェイのすぐ脇で、展望台はありません。車を降りると息をのむような風景が広がりました。Dempster Highwayのスタート地点にある案内板で見た写真、そのリアルの景色が目の前にありました。川が刻んだ谷は深くはありませんが、川が太くなり細くなり、幾筋かに別れ、湿地帯を作ったりして流れる様が手に取るように見えます。色づいたツンドラは、比喩ではなく本当に絨毯のようです。谷の奥中央の王座には、トゥームストーンマウンテンがそそり立っています。左右の岩山の配置が絵のようです。岩峰群は遠望にも関わらず迫力があります。カメラに収まりきれない広大さで、どこを切り取ってフレーミングしても絵になる景色です。ここの景色が一番輝くのは、裾野のツンドラが赤い絨毯を敷き詰めたように紅葉する秋のほんの一時です。8月下旬から9月上旬までの数日間です。この年（2014年）は紅葉の始まりが平年より早かったので、幸運にも素晴らしい景色を見ることができました。

Most beautiful! The clouds were quite low coming over, but not obscuring the view. There were miss berries, cranberries and others I don't know the name of. But they were delicious.
