Beautiful sandy beach with amazing sunsets!

This is a really nice beach! It was one of those places (for us) that we saw a road sign for it and decided to stop. We're all glad we did. It was a beautiful beach to stroll along and stretch the legs and enjoy the fresh water! It was nice to see a couple of lifeguards on staff, especially with the younger children running around. It was a clean, peaceful beach - and if you needed a shady spot out of the sun there were covered picnic benches by the parking lot, which I found handy since I burn easily.

A nice beach about 15 minutes drive outside of Yarmouth. At low tide, the water recedes a good hundred feed into the bay, a great place to let the dogs run.

Nice sandy beach. Great spot to bring the dog for a swim. Nice grassy picnic area. And convenient washrooms and change rooms.

What a great beach. Every time we are in the Yarmouth area we stop here (usually multiple times). Very nice sand and very few rocks. Water can be cold but if you time your visit with the right tides it can be great.

Lovely place to walk bare feet in the sand, few miles of beach, with picnic talk and washroom, change house etc.

Here's a event stretch of beach, well maintained and lifeguards on duty during busy season during the day. There's a good couple of kilometers of beach to walk. It quite shallow for the most part and you can wade pretty far out into the surf. Changing cabins and pit toilets are available, also maintained well. No nearby restaurants or gas stations, so be sure to bring what you need.

A beautiful, usually uncrowded, beach with long stretches of pristine sand and tide pools that provide entertainment for curious kids. The water is clean and breathtakingly cold, but that doesn't stop the swimmers.

A fantastic view and relaxing beach. There are picnic tables, and during July and August, there are lifeguards. However, the bathroom facilities are quite archaic with no running water to speak of, but there are open tank toilets if you really need to go. You'll need to wash your hands in the ocean!
