Today we had a great tour with Petit Passage Whale Watching. We saw two beutiful humpbacks near our boat. It was a great experience. The crew was friendly and could tell a lot about the whales. I can recommend this tour to everyone. It is suitable for young and old.

Incredible experience today!!! Very lucky to have seen 8 whales, including 2 baby calves playing within a few metres of the boat!!! Captain and crew were very professional and it was awesome to see them as grateful and excited as all of the guests to see so many of these beautiful animals!!! Take the time to go on this tour!! It was well worth the time and cost!!!

Excellent experience. The capitan did was required to get to the right location. At low tide it just takes a longer ride but we found a pod of 5 hump back whales just ready to frolic and splash in the water. I took many one in a life time shots of these marvelous creatures. Thanks for a wonderful day.

We visited family Nova Scotia, Canada in September 2018! We wanted to take our two toddlers to see something exciting.. and our Petit Passage Whale Watch tour was nothing short of incredible! We saw SEVERAL whales on our trip and it's something my kids still talk about almost 2 years later! We lucked out with our boat not being overly full on our trip and was truly amazing! Highly recommend!

The crew was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Extremely easy to deal with. But do book early, or as early as possible to reserve your spot. They are popular for a good reason, so if you want your date and time, book as early as you can, at least a week in advance, maybe even earlier during peak. We booked about a week in advance, and even then, didn't get our first choice. Mornings are popular. But no regrets as our afternoon voyage (from August 2018) had many encounters with whales as well as dolphins. If you want as best as a sure thing to see whales, give these guys a try. We heard stories from those who tried tours from the New Brunswick side of the bay who had no luck seeing whales around the same time we were on our way out to Nova Scotia. Don't take any chances and risk disappointment if you are on vacation. The crew and captain are veterans and know where to go find whales.

Easy access & pleasant tour on 48ft lobster boat. Very friendly staff. I enjoyed it better than the zodiac tour a few years ago that makes you wear Mustang flotation suits on a hot day & these guys were $160 cheaper (family of 7 people). Saw a few whales, jellyfish & ocean sunfish on a foggy day.

Had a great time on the whale watch. We saw some porpoises and humpbacks super close to the boat. The staff was really friendly and approachable. They seemed genuinely excited to see the whales also even though they see them all the time! The driver even made a point to get us out farther to a group of three humpbacks even though we were already stopped looking at two. On the way back when it got chilly the staff offered me a blanket and they would roam around talking to different folks on the boat. Overall a great time. Thanks!

Saw quite a few whales and seals and had 2 whales swim and stay with our boat for approx. 30-40 minutes! Thank you for a wonderful adventure!! Make sure to stop into the Cafe for delicious Lobster Rolls!

We had a wonderful time! It was beautiful, cool and windy on the water on such a hot day! They handed out soft blankets to those who needed an extra layer and had so much knowledge to share about the whales and birds we saw. My youngest suffers from some motion sickness, but had no trouble on the boat! We saw so many whales! Total bucket list thing to do! Didn't manage to catch a photo, but one humpback whale breached spectacularly, alas I caught the splash, but not the whale!

My husband and I took the tour 21 September 2018 and saw numerous humpbacks along with seals. We were beyond happy with the experience. Had lunch before hand in the restaurant which was delicious. Not the quickest service but the food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. Due to it being later in the season the whales were out a bit further so it took about an hour to locate them and it was worth the wait. We did not see any breach but one put on a show with lots of tail slapping and rolls. I was mesmerized as I have been wanting to see the whales forever. Totally worth every penny!

Amazing experience. We saw multiple whales and multiple breeches.( You can't guarantee anything when it comes to nature). The tour was very enjoyable. The staff was top notch. So positive and you could genuinely tell they enjoy what they do and they were as excited as all of us at what we got to see today. If you want to go whale watching I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Petit Passage for a second.

Fantastic crew, even on a tough day to find whales (heavy fog) we did, and had a great experience. We even saw seals and a giant sun fish. Worth every penny but be sure to arrive 20 minutes early to pay at the cafe (I didn't see any info on that in the emails or website) also wear warm clothes like the notice says. :)

Great time, have gone on 3 different occasions and saw plenty of whales on each one. Staff are friendly and knowledgable, boat is comfortable as it usually is a 3+ hour round trip. Go during earlier months of the season when the whales first show up to feed and you'll see even more! Highly recommended.

The first day we wanted to go and see the whales, we had not booked so couldn't go. The people were so friendly and tried to get us on the boat anyway - but everybody turned up. So we came back two days later (with booking) and it was a great experience. We saw a sun fish, porpoises, dolphins, mink whale, hump back and seals.
