We were in Woodstock on a Sunday. Except for the Antique Market and the Cow sculpture, thw only thing to do was the casino. The large parking lot was full while the rest of town seemed deserted. Buildings around town need repair, including the casino. It's sad that the casino seems to have removed the need for a people friendly town centre.

Awesome Casino. Quite small but so friendly people who work there and the food was amazing. I had the All Day Breakfast and it was amazing. It was only $6.50+taxes but it was well worth the money. I love this Casino over all of them.

First time here and it was nice to see happy workers and they were always near. We decided to try gateway casinos Woodstock after terrible service at elements flamborough and elements brantford. We are in hamilton but will gladly make the drive to Woodstock!

I was rather disappointed to come in for a quick beer after work to find out that they do last call at 12:20am... Was my first visit and probably my last visit. Unless they change the bar times. The facility was clean. Cleaning and security staff was very friendly. I went to get a players card and the girl ignored me ... Just as well I guess

Food is good. Place is tiny. Avoid on raffle nights you wont be able to park, and moving around is difficult. Theres only 4 roulette/blackjack machines

I enjoy this location at slower hours. It can get rather full and everyone bumps into you or your chair. The food is very good. Made to order. Hot and served with a smile. You are always welcomed into the casino and wished a good day or evening. Should you have an issue with a machine there is someone close by to help you. Always clean bright and cheerful and no loud music. Just lotsa slotsa ringing.

It was ok. Machines tight and not a very big place, even though it has grown from what it originally was. Someone came around asking if I wanted a beverage. I ordered a coffee from her and waited for a while but she never came back. Saw her walking around bringing others. I eventually went and got myself a coffee right in front of her but couldn't be bothered to say anything. You would think that due to the small size of this place that the service would be better. Hey I ended up leaving even so can't complain too much.

Security was very 'bad-cop-ish' (I'm young and the security lady had me verify literally every last detail on my driver's lisence - all the way to what class of lisence I have...) but the rest of the casino was great. If you're looking for a casino that's more of a relaxed setting compared to other casinos, then this is a good place. A smaller casino, but the person to machine ratio is pretty similar to larger venues. It's very likely that I'll be returning to this location.

Its a neat place to spend a couple of hours and have fun. Its got a lot of slots and table games. Its not as big as some other Casinos, therefore it can get crowded. If you enjoy slot machines then make sure to visit this place. The staff is very friendly and will listen to any questions or concerns. Food was worth the price. The place has improved with the new look.

Went over as it's been a long time since I've been there, not many machines available to play, at least not the ones I liked. Also the machines are so tight that there was no excitement because as usual no wins to speak of. Just an exspensive waste of money and very little time spent there. I believe the lockdown has saved people alot of money, just an exspensive way to fill time!

I was there today and the guy at the door didn't want to let me in because he didn't know that you can let people in with expired driver license. I told him that I was here last week and one said anything about it he said sorry I am not letting you in I told him to call his supervisor and the supervisor came and said I am going to let you in this time, trying to cover for the guy who massed up instead of apologizing I told her you just did let me in last week without saying anything she said I don't have to be rude and they can refuse anyone from coming in it's a private property. after I got home I called them and asked if they allow anyone to come in with expired ID and I was told yes I can come in no problem. Yes you can refuse anyone from coming in but you can't just say that because you massed up.

This used to be my favorite place to go for slots , because I could play for 3-4 hrs on $100 betting moderately . I have been here twice since Gateway officially took over , and on both occasions my money was gone in less than a half hour . The slots are now set to take your money fast .

Yes, they are working hard, to install and change many machines to the newest standard of the Casino Industry- but, not long from now, it all will be back "to normal" . It's all for the "fun of it" and I personally experience such at every visit during the day's each week as well on the weekends. Also- The management, security and customer service attendants- for all the many "payouts" - as well the kitchen and customer beverage servers, are absolutely professional and most courteous; of course, not to forget the front desk ambassadors, ALL are by far unmatched within the many Casino facilities, located near-by and further all around us. If you want to have real fun and seeking a friendly and very special place to be taken care off and actually go home with a "winning happy face" , then please visit the "next door" Gateway Casino in Woodstock/Ontario. They even offer a fantastic huge and delicious breakfast, together with other favourite foods and specials- like homemade soups, french-fries and super-duper sandwiches/etc. I even joined their "player's/members card club; with it, I'm able to accumulate points to be converted immediately into cash while playing and often, there are surprise bonus spinning wheels- directly being part of all the machines and you will be notified of it "on the spot". Last but not least, as a Member- with a player's card, you (I'm) receiving a monthly package, "stocked" with bonus $--ller's" for each week and many other surprises as great price give-aways. And, it doesn't stop there: special daily draws, huge ($1.000.00!) bonus cash draws , trips fully paid flight/accommodations and: lot's of cash as spending money! Typical casino...I prefer Elements...just personal preference. Was never offered beverages and was not obvious where complementary beverages could be found. Not enough Buffalo Gold machines...only 1 but it was good to me. All in all was glad I stoped by. And with any casino win a little....loose alot. YMMV

Walked in tried to use bank machine wasn't working several people let someone know they said they would check. Went back tried again three other customers tried no luck. Asked again they said there was no issue and walked away. I got in my car and drove home. I drove 40 minutes to get there and felt like the conversation they were having was more important won't go back anytime soon.

Our experience was terrible...it's so very small and outdated ???? Family Day Monday at approx. 400 pm... There was a glitch in the system and if your machine was spinning with your players card you were not getting points.... If you tried to cash out you either did not get your money or you had to wait for a hand pay.... My Handpay was $39.97....waited half an hour for it.... Left and will never return... What a Crock..

Good place. Not much there for table games but they do have a roulette and blackjack table. The roulette has an actual wheel. But pockets for the ball to slip into number isnt as deep as a dealer one.
