Came here during summer to try their full course for zip lining. Unfortunately their big zip line was closed but the zip line adventure through the forest was such a great exercise and experience! We went through the entire course up to advanced and took about 2h. Our backs were super sweaty by the end and our muscles were sore by the next day but well worth it!!! It's easy to learn and instructors/guides are available throughout the course so you don't have to worry. There was a big family when we went and it seemed like every member were having fun. Highly recommend their zip line adventures! I would love to come back for more activities :)

For the price this place is nice to go to since it's fairly close and the student days are hard to turn down. Very short runs but for the price and the size of the hill it's not much to complain about. The terrain parks are awesome a lot of variety from big jumps to boxes and rails. I tried getting my board waxed and tuned here it was a three day wait because their technician wasn't in. I just wish they had multiple people at boler that could complete this service all the time.

Reduced by one star because I broke my femur. Would like to state the staff was extremely helpful. Within minutes I was surround by at least 8 rescue staff. They used an air bag to support my body as I laid helpless on the snow to get my down the hill to the medical hut where paramedics were already onsite waiting for me. The staff was extremely helpful and very concerned for my well being. I can not say enough about how well I was treated and looked after given the amount of pain i was in. I'm very thankful for the staff and cant send enough of my love for how well it all went considering how bad it was. On a side note.... Fairly certain the safety was not adjusted on one of my skis. Fell making sharp turn and one ski feel off easily. The other one did not and twisted/broke my femur. The ski did not disengage and was still attached to me when my leg was broken. Luckily a passerby was able to remove my ski to help with the pressure until the support staff arrived. I'm am just an amateur and trying to piece together how something so horrific could have occurred. Could be wrong but in case I'm not I'd like to advise people to take extra care and make sure all is done safety. Please wear your helmets too. Could have been worse if I didnt have mine on. Make sure your skis are adjusted and have faith in the staff if anything goes wrong, they will be there for you. One day I hope to ski again. Thank you Boler mountain for all your help.

Not a massive mountain but very well run with 3 quad chair lifts so it never seems to busy. Huge snow making capacity and good grooming of runs. Chalet is dated but they are building a new one. I tried the zipline/treetop thing in the summer which was decently fun - would recommend wearing gloves.

Boler mountain adventure park was tons of fun. The staff is patient and helpful. My daughter has a high fear level for perceived dangers, but they helped her get through her fears patiently and gently. We had a fun day on the course and the zips. Highly recommended.

My volleyball team and I returned to the restaurant today after a poor initial experience there a few weeks ago (due to extenuating circumstances and human error, because who’s not human?), and the staff went above and beyond to give us a very different experience. Thanks to the manager, Gregg, we agreed to give them another chance, and I’m glad we did! The service was warm, super friendly, and efficient (thanks, Barb), the food was delicious and enjoyed by all (thanks to Peter and his sous-chef), and it made for a great afternoon without having to travel anywhere after enjoying the lovely sand courts . We’ll definitely be back!

It's our local ski hill. Not super challenging heights or anything but it is convenient and very family friendly. Not really a fan of the food. When it is a good snow year then this is a great place to spend some time as a family. We got a season's pass last year and we did not regret that one bit because we used it every weekend, even on a year when the snow was sparse. Friendly lift operators always.

One of the best place to visit and explore if you are an adventurist. It’s a treasure for London, On. I did the cycle rides which was a lifetime experience for me. But the cost of the renting bikes was too expensive. I was there for only 2 hours but they charged me $40 for each bikes. So it’s better to bring our own bikes. But it’s a must visit place. Also you have a volley ball court !!!! I am waiting for the winter fun. So excited to be there for the winter.

My daughter had a great time tubing. I didn't love the unsafe condition of their parking lot though. Really deeply rutted and poorly lit at 9pm. I rolled my ankle in a rut and wiped out. The receptionist wasn't super helpful about it.

I went knowing it wouldn't be like the hills I'm used to. I was ok with that. What I didn't like was the condition of the hill, I know I could have returned within half an hour, but I was really wanting to ski. There were several spots where it was obviously pretty close to the ground, in the middle of the run and considering they claimed to have a 50cm base, there should be no reason for that. I'm not here to ruin my skis or have to wax them again this year. Not to mention, there were several icy spots on the hill as well. Grooming and maintenance could use A LOT of work. I will say, I actually loved the trails. I've been to Chicopee and felt like it was all up and down with very short runs. I liked that the trails criss crossing between the two hill tops, making it so you can take various trails so it takes a bit longer to get down the hill. Also would love to see 2 hour lift tickets, sometimes it's nice to come in the evening for a couple hours and leave it at that.

This place has really evolved over the years. Our family has been using the facility since the early 50's and it just gets better every year. Wonderful safe environment, great hiring practices. They have turned it into a year round destination with the best zip line course and biking trails. Went to have lunch the other day and the only options were a hot dog and a chicken wrap served buffet style. Hope this is just a seasonal thing. They do an outstanding job on weddings I have seen. Great facility.

The kids LOVE this place!!! We had made reservations prior to knowing the weather... There was a possibility of rain, thunder, and lightening. When we inquired about this we were told that when the weather is bad we are absolutely more than allowed to cancel the reservation. Also, if they the kids had started the coarse and the weather turned while they were out there and unable to finish, they would receive vouchers for another day. That's great service.

Great place to go if your looking for some fun. The high ropes course in the nicer weather is an incredible workout. If your a winter person then they have you covered as well with some winter sports such as snowboarding, skiing, tubing, etc. Go and enjoy it with friends or a by yourself.

SO FUN! Treetop adventure + big zip for $60 after tax is so worth it. I went alone and still had a blast. Great fun and great for exercising. Would definitely come back. Even though I felt kinda scared because of all the waivers and giving up legal rights to sue etc, they do a good job with their safety measures so my concerns were less and less as I went through the activities.

When I bought the tubing ticket I thought two hours were going to be to little time to have fun... I could only handle one and a half. The tubing section is awesome and if you have kids is great for them. If you are more into snowboarding or skiing, then they have that too. The food is good, the place is comfortable and the service is kind. Great place to go.

We had a poor experience initially but the manager reached out personally to connect and ensure we had a much better experience the next time. Food was great. Drinks were very good. It was fun will I go again maybe not cause I dont know how to ski or snowboard and not willing to fall down a hill at least 40 times the whole day again and maybe break myself but will try going for tubing. The people there are really nice and got a few tips and help from strangers that saw me falling miserably the whole time so I loved it. p.s was not willing to pay for training cause the price of that is just jaw dropping wow.

Glad I went. But I won't be again. The 730pm spot for tubing was NOT a good idea. Lots of improvement could happen. We got down max 3 times and at 9pm they decided to close an additional lane only 2 single lanes opened and stop anyone else from coming up as they had to get everyone down by 930. But driving 2 hours each way was not worth it.

They should advertise at least on Facebook or on their website or have signs on the way driving in that you need to make an appointment in order to go tubing. I recommend the Saint Mary's tube siding at River Valley because you don't have to book an appointment to go have fun! Sometimes people do things at the spur of the moment with their children and would like to surprise them does it mean that they have to call the place up book a time and then go there at that time! Very unconvincing aunt I will never support this place as long as I live. Wish you guys could have done a better job with providing your service to people like myself. I do a lot of recommendations I do a lot of promoting of other businesses and this is one I will not recommend once again thanks for making it very difficult to go out and have fun

Booked my kids tickets here on Friday March 5 because it’s the pd day and thought it would be a good day to let them ski. Anyway the chalet had a capacity as expected for COVID my son went upstairs and an employee was being really rude to my son for no reason like telling him to clean up tables that weren’t his. Anyway the lady said to him that if she saw him in the chalet ever again she would kick him out. The staff here isn’t the nicest but Matthew running the chairs was really nice positive and seems like a really good guy he deserves a raise

Fun day trip to get some casual skiing in. Great hills for learning on. Not a lot of different runs but a little variety including a run with obstacles, jumps, etc for the adventurous skier/snowboarder. Nice facilities, easy to get to. Rentals available, restaurant onsite in lodge. Also a tubing slope that is filled with laughter and screams of excitement.

It's a nice little ski hill and the lift tickets are fairly priced. Plus on Wednesdays 6hr tickets are $24 for college/uni students. Rentals are in good shape, and they are willing to change your skis if you didn't like them. The runs tend to ice up in the afternoons because of the sun, but they regroom at around 4, so the conditions aren't too bad. During the warm days the snow could be pretty slushy, so check the temperature before you go. I don't know if there's anything they can do about it (will the snow guns help?) but I wish the snow conditions could be better. I never got the chance to ski when I was a kid, did my first time here, and fell in love with skiing. Now it's been years since I first skied and I still love the mountain. Overall it's great place to learn to ski, or to ski a few runs after school/work. The staffs here are super friendly. I feel very lucky to have a ski hill in the city, and I hope people appreciate the presence of Boler.

We don't ski, and have no interest in skiing. But our four kids really wanted to. So we took them here (to Boler Mountain as I think it's known). We walked and in and told them our situation, and the staff was great. Front staff were helpful, the rental place was great, and the instructors were very patient. It was under $400 for the entire day for the kids to ski, rent the equipment and get one hour lessons. It was great - they loved it.

My family has been season pass members for 4 years now. It's a good little hill considering the lack of options in the immediate area. Cafeteria staff is mostly teenagers so it's pretty chaotic up there, but it's a pretty good setup overall.

One of the smallest ski hills I’ve been too, but you are compensated with low costs. Great place for beginner skiers or snowboarders, as there are a lot of green circle hills and a magic carpet lift. The staff is super friendly! I had a technical difficulty with one of my own skis and they were quick to help me out no charge. Line ups are small, so don’t worry about there being lots of people getting in your way, or having to wait long amounts of time to get on the lifts.

I am learning to snowboard and decided this would be a good place to start. That was a poor decision- I was shocked by the rudeness of the staff working on the learner hill. When I first arrived the man working there was fantastic- unfortunately they switched workers and I was yelled at for the remainder of my time on the hill. Each time I fell (As learners do) I was screamed at (at least 5 times). I quickly left and will not be returning.

What a great spot in London to hag out and have fun. Great hills for the area and fun for the family for a few hours out skiing or snowboarding. They have a fantastic rope course which has multiple levels of difficulty. It is in a nice shaded area, which helps you stay cool. You can bring water, however there are various points along the course that you can get a glass of cold water. I would definitely recommend a trip to Boiler Mountain.

This review is for the Tree Top Adventure. It was a well paced 3 hour long course, acclimating you first to how the harness functions, then increasing in difficulty. Definitely worth doing the whole course as the best challenges are towards the end. Zip lines are also a nice break in between.

It is well organized. they have lessons for beginners like me. I went to Boler Mountain’s Treetop Adventure course with some friends a few months back. The staff who helped us were very kind and kept their distance the entire time and even had extra masks in case someone broke their mask or didn’t have one. The course itself was moderately challenging and super fun. It you’re scared of heights, this may not be for you.

Make sure you get yourself ready when you get on the ski lift, cause the employees will lurch it to make you fly off and hurt you as much as possible. So long as you've signed a form saying you won't hold them liable if you get hurt. Even looked over and saw the employees laughing at us. Absolutely pathetic conduct and training. Tree Top Adventure is definitely worth a visit for someone who loves to try different adventure related activities. It's important to spare atleast half a day if you're a beginner and want to try most of the activities. The big zipline is a must try at the end. Going in a group would be more fun in my view. I went tubing here the other day and as promised I’m dropping my 5star review. The staff here was absolutely incredible. If you go make sure to say high to Mitch. He was fantastic. We were in Jacobs lane for most of our runs and the dude can put a mean spin on a tube you ask him too. All the staff was super happy and honestly looked like they enjoyed their job. Tonight I came with my friends to try snowboarding (never snowboarded before) and after going down the hill once it wasn't for me and I went to the office and asked for a refund. The manager came and spoke with me her name was Amy. Amy suggest i tried skiing and I had told her I'd never done it before so wouldn't know where to start so she went out of her way to get an instructor named Steve to show me what to do and go down the hill a few times till I got it!!! By far the best service I've had and was not expecting them to show me what to do at all. Amy is a great manager and is amazing with the customers and Steve is an amazing instructor !! Highly recommend

I do come here frequently, it is very nice, and good for learning, or if you just want to have a relaxing ski trip. This place is not for you if you would like to speed down a run. Ticket costs are a bit expensive, but other than that, it is a nice cozy place. *NOT A RESORT*

Beware.... this is not for beginners. The easiest trail had curves and no barriers to stop you from crashing into woods. I have done ski once before at blue mountain... and i struggled on that. They don't let you take the ski lift to come down if you chicken out after going up.. lol... you gotta walk down holding your skis or snowboard. I found that wierd. Great place for level 2.skiers and above. Also, the stopping area is too short... you MUST know how to stop or you'll crash... again... no barriers to stop... you might crash into picnic benches... the actual buliding or woods... variety to choose from ????

Great place for those learning to ski. Since they opened the west hill, even experienced skiers can enjoy a day of skiing. A few runs with rails and ramps. 3 different ski lifts. Good option if you don't want to drive 4 hours for bigger hills.

Visited the tree top adventure park. My granddaughter and I had a lot of fun. There are a few things that need improvement though. Its a fairly expensive outing and you are only allowed 3 hrs for the price you pay. The course could be better marked. They just have arrows and sometimes it's confusing and you can end up going in circles. If they added a description to the arrows it would be very helpful. And finally it was a very humid day when we went and throughout the entire course there is only 1 water station at the end of the beginner level and it gets tougher and more demanding over the next 2 levels. More water stations are definitely needed by the time we finished we were both so hot and thirsty that we downed 2 bottles of water each. The sad part is when we told staff members about this they said it was a common complaint and that they had told management several times but nothing is ever done about it .

All of us went for the first time. We didn't bother with lessons and just practiced on the bunny hill. My boys 8&6 picked it up within three times and were ready to do the lift! They have sking snow boarding and tubing . The hill is small but good for young familys learning to ski . The restaurant is good with large portions and good prices they also have liquor license.

Very good rates. Nice hills for people that are learning. Rental rates ended up getting the Saturday special which came to about 100$ for 2 adults. So e decent hills once you want advance on the skills.

Boler is so fun. There's literally something for everyone there from food and indoor entertainment to hardcore winter sports. I had one of the best days ever just tubing with friends!

Boler Mountain is awesome. The expansion and update is beautiful. We had the pleasure to sit in the bar area and enjoy a glass of wine. The view of the ski hills, the lights, the snow, the energy was so enjoyable. So looking forward to going back. The bartender was also just fantastic, friendly and service was great.

great time at the tree top adventure park, was visiting from alberta and was a fun day activity to do. would recommend checking it out wether you are a local or visiting from out of town. great for all ages and staff were helpful when going through the "advanced" part of the course.

Terrible facility, if you enjoy boarding/skiing for 15 seconds per run then have at it. No longer do they offer a 2 hour pass, minimum is 4 hours at a ridiculous price! Not to mention $570 for a season pass!? Go to Blue Mountain and buy one for $430, save your money and your time.

Took my 6 year old daughter tubing for the first time.I specifically asked at the bottom if we could go down at the same time as my daughter was a bit nervous and was assured we could. Got to the top and only two of the three tubing hills were open so there was a line up. Waited in line 15 minutes and when our turn came was told we could not go down together due to safety concerns. I was not impressed but managed to convince my daughter to try it by herself. Overall we were there 90 minutes and only got down the hill 4 times. The line up kept getting longer and our last slide down we waited 30 minutes. Expressed by concern to staff and though they were courteous they could only apologize for the time delays. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE TUBING. Some suggestions to the inept management, don't sell so many tickets per time slot, have all hills open and allow people to do down together to reduce the line ups. If you have to close a hill then reduce the number of tickets being sold. Figure out a way for people to go down in a way that meets your safety standards without making them wait 30 minutes for a 15 second ride to the bottom. Hopefully the skiing is better but if it is managed the same way as the tubing hills them don't bother.

Hey I just got back from Boler Mountain with my 20 month old daughter! She had a blast and the staff was very helpful and friendly with my little one! I've been going here since I was a kid and it's nice to see all the new Renovations and people with families having a great time. Can't wait to spend more time with the family here. Great job guys

For London Ontario unfortunately this is all we have. Having said that they've done a great job with it. The staff is excellent. The facilities are clean and up to date. It can be very busy here on the weekends.

The ski hill is obviously not as big as most, but my 2 yr old and 4 yr old have been taking lessons this year and it’s a very positive experience. The instructors have been great and we can watch from the new chalet upstairs. Highly recommend to anyone.

This is a wonderful place with a beautiful new chalet. 'Mountain' is a bit of an exaggeration, but skiing and snowboarding here is still a lot of fun. The chalet is perfect for social events.

Tubing is #1 their park is not the outback at Mt Louis or the whistler park . Also baby hills for kneeboards with no helmets (the rest of the mountain) . Don't get burton get forum but forum is obselete i still ride destroyer but am getting a skate banana to catch up I still prefer a seeker for jumps .

This year I feel Boler did a great job on private lessons during COVID. The instructor Carsten was so great with my boys! I LOVED the outdoor bar by the bunny hill! It was great to sit there and watch my kids to ski on the bunny hill if I wasn't able to get lift tickets. Look forward to next year!
