Great park. Always wanted to check it out and glad did it finally. Sure will recommend this place. Nice paths and view of the river is amazing.

Quiet park, but good to take a family for a picnic. Lots of room for kids to run around. Welcome center and houses closed due to Covid. Skeleton staff, but very friendly when you see them. Park could do with some renewal and reinvestment.

We went during the hours they're supposed to be open and the buildings were all locked up & office closed. If the staff are done for the season, it should say so. Both in person and online. If not it should be open early afternoon in a weekday in summer. Beautiful flowers & walking paths though

Christine A Seaver

Went to St. Norbert Park first time with my partner. It’s almost the end of August and it’s tourism season. I too was disappointed not to find any attendant at the site office. Everything was locked up. The grounds were well kept. Very nice and clean. Prior to going to the park we were at the St. Norbert Farmers Market. It might be of interest to people at the Market to be aware of the Heritage Park. Maybe some advertising signage or notice letting people know about this park. We were the only people at the park for almost 1 hour. We only seen some fishermen in a boat on the river. Why no summer staff at the park for tourism? The history is good and well maintained.

My Great grandfather's house (back right) was built in 1870 and moved to this site a d restored with completion in 1986. Funding is difficult for these living museums and I'm never sure when they're open. Ground staff is always helpful!

This is a gorgeous little park I just discovered. I would love to explore it further when things are open. One thing I really appreciated was the fact that there are outhouses that are open all year round. There are also benches and a few picnic tables so you could easily spend an afternoon here.

lovely park(actually it is a provincial park) . There is a self-hiding trail to explore. It is around 20 mins’ walk along the river. If you want to know more details about lifestyle of the people who first settled in St Norbert, it is a right option for you.

Me and my family discovered this park recently in the quiet neighborhood of St Norbert in Winnipeg. We did not expect this park to be wide and open. A few 100-yr old houses stand in the park. A very nice place for picture taking.

Benjamin Sohrab Maranan

Nice for a good walk by the river!!

Rita Viana

David Lee

I was disappointed with this park. No one was in office. The pathway was not very well maintained/developed. Park was smaller than I imagined. If the pathway was better maintained & woodchips were put down where the trail is it would b better. Maybe if they developed the pathway & made a little bridge 2 connect 2 Pollock Island park across the river it would really improve both parks. Now people in St Norbert would go 4 more walks because of the closeness of the river as well as the scenery /

Dallas Williams
