This place is absolutely amazing: It has a great view of the Detroit waterline and GMC headquarters. You can enjoy walking, running, biking and rollerblading. I was staying at Best Western Waterfront Hotel and I went for a long walk early in the morning, before going to work. And it was gorgeous. It was calm and quiet and the weather was really nice, too.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful, to start with beautiful downtown drive and first look of the river at the end of the drive. Ample of pay and park space right near the river. River cruise but make sure check the timings, long walk beside the river. Kids play area, bike track, e-scooter rental, casino but could only found one washroom that to not maintained. Beautiful downtown walk and ample of restaurants. My suggestion be there by 5 pm, try calling the cruise to book ur spot, parking free after 6 pm. And breathing taking sunset and Detroit view. The colour changing GM building. Enjoy.

Great walking and scenery, there's plenty to see folks. You could have a great day of fitness with the walking involved here if you chose to. Access to local businesses off the river front for a cool snack or drink or cup of hot kraft dinner and frutopia. Also highly recommend ketchup chips by old dutch. Stop by the beer store and hunker down. This has events as well depending on season, such as boat viewing. I would say check it out!

Was one of my favorite hangout place, it's great for morning run or a causal evening walk. I love the sunset by the Ambassador's bridge, the riverfront is well maintained even in winter. The only thing I don't like is even though it is no smoke zone, people still smoke cigarettes and weed making it unpleasant for others .

This is a fantastic waterfront! There are many of kilometers of walking and biking trails. What make is very neat is the sculptures dotting the trails and you walk from the Ambassador Bridge to downtown. There are a number of great parks located along the walking path, a great spot for entertaining younger children. Right downtown, there is a huge Canadian flag, a large outdoor concert area in front of the Casino. There are a number of memorials in the downtown core..The Best part is the view of the United States across nthe river.

I moved to Windsor about a month ago and I love it. Everyone says my neighborhood is the worst, I live downtown 2 blocks east of Elymer and whyndotte. 2 and half blocks to the river, I live walking distance to everything. Alot of people thing that to buy a house I'll have to be in the nicest neighborhoods, this may not be the nicest or safest neighborhoods but in a few years my house will go for more.

It’s a good place to visit especially if there are any events happening around, there is a parking lot available 10 feet away from the river side which is convenient and you don’t have to pay if it’s Sunday. They have fire works in July month, the amazing part is the fire works happen in middle of the lake. It’s a one time visit place for sure and night beauty. I’ve heard people say they can also fish. I haven’t tried it tho. Cheers

Mostly people are here for hangouts, enjoying of natural, looking at buildings of USA. There are some parking place with time limit or no limit with some extra money. Good place for Windsor people. Best place to visit once in a week.

i came here with my family 2 weeks ago and it was absolutely stunning, especially if you come during sunset hours. i didn't think i would have a lot of fun coming here, as i thought it was only the skyline, but there is just so much to see and experience. the electric scooters made the trip 10x better, they were so much fun. i definitely recommend riding them while you are here. there was something about seeing another country so close across the river that made it quite fascinating. it was never a dull moment. i would love to come back here again if i had the chance to experience it over again.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! My family and I visited Windsor, Ont last summer (Aug 2021). The City did a great job beautifying the narrow parkway, adding little features such as war memorials, a water fountain rock garden with a superb views of Detroit skyline, and so on. Paths were wide enough for both pedestrians and cyclists to share. The best part was during the night.

It’s a beautiful track along the river. I like to go there in the night. The atmosphere is usually pleasant and energetic with lot of folks walking, running, biking and sitting. There are several benches for sitting along the track. Also, there are lights in the park. There are various parking spots to park the cars.

Windsor has a very beautiful waterfront...better than most mid size cities. Maybe the best location of any city in Canada...Very high standard. Surrounding suburbs have excellent well run schools. People are mostly down to earth with a pleasant attitude. Nothing but positive forward momentum lies in the future for Canada's most southernly city. Excellent choice to live and grow your family and prosper. Surrounding areas like Lakeshore,Lasalle,Tecumseh, with good size populations are on the move big time as well....All around cant go wrong moving to Essex County.

The Windsor Riverfront is a great place for a stroll to take in all the scenery, get some fresh air or even exercise (going for a jog or a bike ride). There are tons of art installations along the way so there are lots to see. We enjoyed walking along the path and taking photos of everything. I have added some photos of the art installations that I liked! There are also multiple memorial sites for previous wars, veterans, etc. May we always remember ❤️

Windsor riverfront is a great place to visit or for a good walk. The view of america from riverside is marvelous. You can enjoy their by watching different lightnings of buildings and excellent place to see ambassador bridge. But the thing is there is very few place to take cover in the rain.
