Cruise was fun and food was good! The boat needs some renovation though, it looks super old and has a lot of spiders/ spider webs. It does need some work done on it. Service was awesome and the staff are helpful so it was a good experience overall.

Fun night, it was a music cruise so everyone was upstairs with the band so a little crowded. Get there early if you want a table. Didn't try the food.

Loved this cruise, I go everytime I visit from Toronto. Only bad thing I can say is they need more boarding times and staff that are more welcoming and chatty to guest. Otherwise VISIT this cruise ????

I had the worst experience with this. I have been in this city all my life and had a friend from England come to town and decided to come to do the sightseeing cruise (It would have been my first experience on the cruise too).... get there and they tell us to come the next day at 1pm. we come wait an hour and they tell us it was only online customers. why was there no one at the ticket office? I mean it was totally vacant. they did not tell us to order the tickets online. It was a total waste of our time. This shows that this company did not care about our time or care about their customers. there was a few other groups of people who had been told the same thing. We were all not happy and so disappointed. What an embarrassment that my home city had such awful river cruise service.

Omg...the boat looks like it was welded together by a blind man. There is a blue tarp, from dollarama to keep the rain off the terrified passengers. Over priced drinks. No lights on top deck...couldnt even see the band.The bathrooms reek from urine. Im stuck on this oversized metal canoe while americans float by in giant yachts... And laugh at us.

The cruise itself was good, but unfortunately the audio history commentary was so quiet (it seemed to cut in & out as well) that it was impossible to hear.

When on board sit to the right of the boat..you will not see much as thr guide talks about the landmarks. Be there early. Overall a pleasant 1 or 2 hours on the river. Food and drink available at a reasonable cost.

I guess if you drink and smoke and like bad live music you'll enjoy it. Absolutely a NO NO for non smokers or family with children that you don't want them in that kind of environment. Food is extremely limited, peanuts even though were listed they didn't have it, washrooms are in a deplorable condition. Absolutely Thumbs down.

Cruise was slow narration was scripted he would mess up when reading or forget what he was reading people got drunk over 2 hours and the bartender never cut them off yes they had hotdogs and chips too buy but as a bartender you can control the drinking

I called yesterday and the owner answered. I had my credit card and I was ready to buy a ticket or two for this Saturday. The owner suggested I go online to buy my ticket. I told the owner that I won't do that and he said to call back again today. I called and there was no answer. I called back again and he told me the event is Sold Out! I am upset that he wouldn't take my credit card yesterday...and today I can't even get a ticket! He told me that it is his business and he can run it the way he wants to. I agreed and hung up. I would have loved to have gone but it's not in the cards! I doubt very much if I will ever try to buy a ticket at his business! ????

This cruise ship has provided exceptional service and wonderful memories for me time and time again. I always look forward to these mini escapes on the water. The negative reviews posted here are infuriating. Ignorant people have nothing better to do than to try to ruin things for everyone else. Nothing good to say...than just stay quite! Reputations are at risk! I love your boat. Will be travelling with you for years to come.

When you hire a qualified customer service staff (jessilin) and an understanding manager (Richard) you will have a successful business. Eventhough I didn’t get on the boat, due to miss communication with the scheduling and departure time, I experienced their 5 stars customer service, Jessilin reacted in the best way with me (frustrated customer) and I got refunded back my ticket. defiantly will rebook for the cruise the enjoy the actual trip as well.

Wondrous food,apex ambience and breath-taking views work in-concert to provide an unmatchable experience!! Probably the BEST dining-experience I've ever had,as the GARGANTUAN lobster-tail tasted as if it had been a YEAR in marination,before being SLOW-smoked for a WEEK.as it all but"melted"in my mouth,in a miasma of tantalizing tastiness!! Watching the majestic Detroit skyline slide by gradually only added to the transcendence of this grand dining experience!! The service is peerless ,as you are attended to,as if you are genuine royalty of a lineage most august!! Upon disembarking,you will immediately perceive that you have undergone a once-in-a-lifetime experience!! This is the "Ne Plus Ultra"of culinary exploits!!

I phoned the day of to take a sight seeing river cruise. The person on the phone stated that tickets were available to purchase at the river. Get to the river with my guests only to see no one at the booth. I was able to ask someone on the boat why there was no one at the booth for them to tell me it had been cancelled an hour earlier. They had to explain this to several people after stating no one purchased tickets, all the while people are continuing to ask about tickets. No impressed.

NOT ACCESSIBLE! Very disappointed in the staff firstly because when I called to asked if the boat was accessible for individuals in wheelchairs they said that it was and when I brought the individual I support whom uses a wheelchair to purchase tickets we again confirmed that it was accessible and we were told yes only to find that "accessible" to them meant there was a ramp to get onto the boat but there was only a very small section that the wheelchair could fit which was the busiest walkway section on the boat directly when you get on. When we were getting on to the boat the first staff asked, "can he walk?" while looking at us as if he was questioning why we were getting on. I replied with a simple, "no." Soon realizing that he clearly knew that the boat was not accessible. The individual I support had to sit in front of a busy set of stairs that led up to the second level of the boat where the band and bar were located (we knew we would not be able to go up there of course). He was constantly being bumped into by other passengers going up and down the stairs. He was unable to see anything over the side of the boat, I had to sit next to him up on a small platform on the bottom of the boat separated by bars... also had to retrieve my own chair from the dining room area. Secondly, because there was plenty of staff on board doing various tasks unorganized throughout the night and not a single one of them paid any attention to the fact that he was uncomfortable and was really not having an enjoyable time. I purchased hot dog tickets from the upstairs bar and then brought them downstairs to retrieve the hot dogs and ended up waiting almost 15 minutes for a staff member to come back down to the kitchen area to serve the food. The individual I support could not access the dining room or even the washrooms on the boat. It was a long 3 hour boat cruise without being able to use the washroom. We really didn't expect any kind of special treatment but we really were given misinformation in order to sell tickets and were not given nearly the same opportunity as the other passengers aboard the cruise.

BEWARE parking control officers will tag you 20 minutes before you return, 20$ fine there is no way to buy more than 3 hours on machine and cruisc is 3 h 20 min. Steep steps on boat, handicap should remain on first deck. food was egg sandwiches and vegetarian salad sandwich with goop for sauce.coffee and tea provided along with brownie desert looks like a costco tray. Speakers blare at your head. everywhere. At least provide cheap ham as a meat for those who cannot eat that stuff. Not good for a diabetic.

This was our first time on the dinner cruise. We really enjoyed it and will be sure to spread the word among our circles to to say "You gotta go"...great music (maybe a bit loud at times) nice buffet meal and the great views along both sides of the Detroit River. Relaxing and entertaining. Thanks for a wonderful evening! ????

Everything was great. I would not explain about anything. The service was very good and the meal and dessert was awesome. It was nice because the boat was not over crowded. I would recommend it to anyone. 4 stars from me.

Today myself and my family came from toronto to the Windsor cruise. The staff were great and very helpful. The drinks and food were delicious. We would recommend this to anyone. Thanks for a great day and a great way to spend Canada day weekend. The tour guide was great and showed and told us all about the city of Windsor.
