The new playground rocks!! Accessible for literally all. Good investment by the City of Whitehorse. Splash park is a blast and the wide open space is amazing.

Great little area right along the river. It has a lovely playground, picnic tables for you to eat, and also an undercover area in case it rains. Pair it with a lovely summer evening, and you’ll have the chance to join in on some fairly competitive volleyball games.

The new playground is just great! Got there and a group of high school kids were playing blind grounders. They moved on and a bunch of young kids filled in with a good stretch of age between them. This park has the potential to keep a good sized group of kids, with a wide age range, busy for awhile. My daugther is almost four and she was able to access the whole park by herself, minus the main monkey bars. With a lift she could use the short zip handles in the monkey bar section. The monkey bars have good variety and numerous challenges. The little kid section of bars is a solid addition. If only it had a zip handle section too. Little kids love the blocks that boost them up to use the zip at the CGC Independently. If only the park had a section that didn't need blocks. It's not the biggest, best park out there, but it's a solid new park that's way better than its predecessor.

Covered picnic area is nice forsure! Also being close to the river is great. Just wish the sand at the volley ball courts was actually sand not fine gravel. Feels like glass on your feet while playing.

Probably one of the best parks in the city. Lots of equipment, plus an exercise park, open field, volleyball courts, and a shelter. Easy access and lots of parking. And there's a splash pad in the summer.

Great park in which to spend good times with friends or family. It has a large grassy area, very well arranged. There are picnic tables where you can rest and eat, 2 volleyball courts and a playground with all kinds of things where children can have fun. There is even a small space with water fountains in which to have a good time in summer. In addition, it has a parquing. Well, a lovely park next to the river and next to the Millennium Trail where we spend very good times.

It's the only public park in downtown. They have a nice little water park and a Rock wherein small children can climb for fun. The Yukon river diverge into a nice Eddy where children can touch the water or watch tiny fish swim by. The riverfront is a beautiful walk. A nice view of the Yukon river too.

Great place for kids to play in the summer months especially. Offers a large playground, a small waterpark, plenty of grass for having picnics or playing soccer, etc. Picnic tables near the playground as well as a few at the other end under a gazebo. Volleyball nets are up in the summer too. Conveniently located in the downtown right next to the millennium trail and even a small outdoor work-out station available to use. Free parking. A very busy place when we get decent summer weather. Usually a food truck set up in the parking lot too.

A nice park to go to since they upgraded it, even added more picnic tables last time we went there was just one picnic table other than what's by the park. Didn't want to sit in the shade but all in all nice park we just need some warm weather so we can enjoy the park more so
