The memorial seems to be under repair. But it has a nice ocean front walk. Very Ricky but the dog loved it. It nit easy to get to which limits the people around.

As usual, the views were amazing! A memorial for the ships and sailors lost to U513 and U518 in WW2 stands behind the beach.

It was very quiet. Not what I would consider a beach you can lay on because you have to fight the rocks to get to the water. We also came across a weird bone that looks like a hand. (My son thinks it's from a seal)

Spectacular view from the boat on the way over to Bell Island which gives you a totally different perspective on what CBS looks like from the other side of Conception Bay! The rolling hills,beautiful views and towering cliffs make it a place for everyone to find something they like! And dont forget a trip to Bell Island is not complete unless you have a feed of fish and chips from Dicks Restaurant!
