Always a nice time staying at sparkling Hill. Looking forward to coming back once covid restrictions are lifted so that we can enjoy the Steam and saunas again. Also miss the breakfast buffet. All the staff are very friendly and the electric car charging valet service is a bonus.

The location is beautiful, the stay is fine. We brought our dog and were put in a -2 level pet-friendly room with a great patio, but wish they had made it known that pet friendly rooms are limited in quantity and you're in a bit of a dungeon, as you share a corridor and elevator with housekeeping and general service. Food on site is ok, we would suggest driving out. Overall, you're paying for location of resort and nice staff.

one of the nicest and most relaxing trips i have ever had at this beautiful place. loved the saunas and jacuzzies so much it is specially nice in the winter when its cold outside. the bar was amazing and the staff were very courteous. highly recommend this place.

I have stayed here numerous times and it is always outstanding. The resort staff are helpful and display a professional demeanor. The Spa is one of the best I have ever experienced. I don't think I have ever had a bad meal at Peakfine or Barrique and Java. I love that this is an adults only resort, as I can unwind in a peaceful atmosphere! I can't wait to return!

Hotel requires proof of vaccination to book a room even though its not mandated by law. Furthermore most amenities are closed whether you're vaccinated or not. Stayed there few times before but will not come back. Sparkling Hill was more than happy to take thousands of dollars from our groups before and they expect same patronage while providing 90% less service. No thanks.
