Challenging hike for such a short distance. Extremely rooty and rocky with a fantastic payoff at the end. Great view but use extreme caution as there are no safety barriers.

Great view in the end of the trail. I would advise to take a bug spray with you, lot of bugs and mosquitoes on the trail. Also, wear snickers as the trail is muddy and rocky.

Trail was well marked and cared for, but still a bit rough. I'd recommend runners over sandals for sure! Views were incredible!

Fabulous view over Lake Temiskaming. A "must hike" if you are in the area. We accessed the cliff edge via Silver Centre Road. That is about a 30 minute or less hike. There is a longer hike from Bucke campground. Be careful at the cliff edge. A fall is fatal! Visited July 2018.

The view here is breathtaking, but be sure to wear shoes or hiking boots cause the trail is very Rocky!

Wanted to come here for such a long time! The views will not disappoint. Trail A is very well marked. It was a bit muddy in places and you have to watch your steps because loose stones. But it's so worthy!

ishtunning!! what a place... and when we went, we literally chased rain, and then had to run away from it... also, we saw a couple got engaged in the tip of the cliff... amazing, their families reactions were so priceless... A hike to remember ...

Great little hike to Devil's Rock, also known as Spirit Rock. The name was changed when the Christians came because they associated the native spirituality with the devil.. This hike has some rugged terrain of mostly compacted soil with some areas of stones and rock. The scenery at the end of the trial is spectacular, with a beautiful view of Lake Temiskaming from the cliffs edge. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Remarkable views! Although, I will say that this lake's water is quite brown, I'm not sure if that's related to the soil, the water's depth or what but it was a bit surprising. Even still, looking over the edge of the 300' cliff is really quite exhilarating and it's certainly worth the hike.
