Mom and Pop feel, with the expertise you expect. I have purchased 2 snowmobiles and have had major work done on my Outty many times at this shop. Jason is very knowledgeable, no BS, no fluff. Would buy from them again anytime. Service is excellent, a while back I loaded up leaving from AB to MB with the Quad. Noticed a U Joint was toast. No time to fix on route... Called River Valley, was able to drop it off same day and didn't lose 1 day of riding..... So many more stories like this from these guys. True hometown people, I'm a forever repeat customer. I hail from Alberta and have Sno-checked 2 sleds from this dealer since 2015. Wish we had service like THIS, back home.
