Love Vista Trail, the Observation Deck is about a 8 min walk from the parking lot. Pretty view, in the winter you can see the river frozen over and in the fall the colours are beautiful!

Natural impressive landscape area as well a clean forest you got to visit it not only once but many times and all year around in the four seasons as each has different colours, beauty and feeling. Get a trekking pole to maintain your balance as lot of steep hills and valleys in many trails and follow the instructions and directions there is guided tours also.

Great place for a walk in the early parts of the day. Lots of great views and easy walking trails. It's nice to have a place close to the City that still feels somewhat natural peaceful. If you're looking to not see a lot of people on a hike, be careful not to go visit mid day or the weekends as it can get very busy.

Short, but sweet little walking trail with an observation deck, well above the surrounding area. It must be spectacular during the fall season. Also very suitable for biking.

It is a wonderful place to hiking. It’s too late when I go inside and found that the trail is really not fit for the bike ???? she has numbers of path to trekking. I am definitely recommending this to the ones who are fans of outdoors????

Beautiful fall view from the deck and scenic trail to the top. Short trails leading to the CN freight (train) railway and the pond are scenic too. Fall colors are gorgeous as of Oct. 11, 2020. Quick getaway from Toronto for fall view. Ideal for young families and those looking for easy hike.

Expect long delays for parking on a weekend, and some people pulled in front and stole the parking spot while waiting for someone to back out, while I had the indicator to show I was going in. Definitely nice views of the valley but not worth the trouble with parking.

You should visit this to see fall in October. Have a walk through the trail..awesome experience. Don't go other side of the river if you don't want to trek for more than one hour

Great hike, sometimes you can see butterflies, vultures soaring, song birds of many different colours, it's great. It can get hot so bring water and insect repellant

One of the most underrated places in and around the GTA area. Mini Algonquin, we can say the least. Must visit during the fall season. Also good for hike and trail all year long, except winters. The hikes are moderately difficult, hence proper clothing attire recommended. Not for small kids or old people.

Great blessed place..got married here on a beautiful sunny morning, the sky was a magnificent blue and the trees were a vibrant green..wonderful nature on the outskirts of the 6ixx...but still in the 6ixx..come one come all visit RNUP...beware of ticks no joke stay on trails..highly recommend as a place to visit and clear your mind. Enjoy sights and sounds. Lots of songbirds, butterflies and various critters. Beautiful flowers with brilliant colours. Be on lookout for turtles that were reintroduced to environment courtesy of The Toronto Zoo wildlife rehabilitation program..

Incredible view on top of a cliff. There's a river running below and it also has a pretty nice view. From the parking lot, it's only about a 5 minute walk and is a flat path where you can take strollers if needed. The path can get really muddy after it rains, so just be wary of that.

Short hike from the parking lot (about 3-3.5km round trip). Great views on the hike there, and better view once you to the observation deck. Has some areas with elevation but overall fairly flat, unless your trying to go to the top of the hill. Great place to have an adventure for the day, and a nice picnic

It feature a fantastic view! The multiple levels of the deck definitely give you a great view of the entire valley. It's a bout a 8 minute walk from the entrance where the house is in the pictures. Super peaceful and the river view and sound is great. The occasional train can be seen too! Would recommend.

Just a few minutes walk to the lookout area from the parking lot. There's a huge deck with beautiful scenery. Nice place for the photo shoot and enjoy the fall color.
