Small collection of "hands-on" exotic bugs in an unexpected location. We went for the "farmers' market" (a little sad and under-populated) and found Entomica a pleasant surprise. A real enthusiast gave us a tour. Worth a visit.

Very interesting and really cool. It's a small place but that's not exactly a bad thing. We paid 10 dollars and it was definitely worth it

Incredible staff! The lady who greeted us was friendly and smiling. The guy that showed us around the insect exhibit was knowledgeable beyond belief and even showed us some of the praying mantis babies. The amount of information I got from him was unbelievable. Answers for everything. You can really tell he enjoys his job and that's a rare find. So thank you to him!!!

Nice little display of insects. Very nice, helpful and accommodating staff. We weren't aware of timings and were late there, they still showed us a little bit upon knowing that we were visiting from far.

Tips rather than admission. It's only a room or two. Staff are mostly volunteers and not so adept. Senior staff are pretty knowledgeable. Treat is the farmers market in the same building. Lots of good snacks and treats and the occasional good buy of assorted stuff.

It's a tiny place but you can spend up to an hour there holding and interacting with all sorts of critters. The staff and volunteers were great.

These people love insects and that love is contagious! I happily held a praying mantis when I never thought I'd do that! They were excellent with our kids and the kids were thrilled to be there too, despite their initial hesitation. I'm from out of town, but I wish I could go back. If you get the chance, go for sure!

The staff were knowledgeable, engaging and friendly! Learned a number of facts from our short stay here, it was an amazing opportunity to handle the insects. I appreciated the safe distancing protocol because it is a small space. Would highly recommend a visit to the insectarium!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! For a 5 dollar donation or 10 dollar group donation, you can go see all their neat bugs. And if you're brave enough, you can hold almost all of them! It's a small place if you go to their main location, but that just means you get awesome one on one time and can learn all about the insects! So awesome! ????????

A definite must-see! Staff are very friendly and so are the insects (surprisingly!) Only 10$ for a group and you get to hold the insects and interact with knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

We loved the place. The staff were enthusiastic and devoted to their task. The only issue is a temporary. Due to Covid, it can only accommodate a smaller number of visitors. You might need to wait awhile before you are admitted since it is a small space.
