Very helpful staff, informed me of many points of interest nearby and answered my many questions about Lake Huron shoreline erosion & the best place to view the sunset. (Port Edward Waterfront Park). Well stocked gift available lots of Canadiana and wonderfully smelling candles and hand lotions made in Sarnia.and got a special Welcome to Canada birthday photo!

Coming into Sarnia today, I wanted to gather information about Sarnia Lambton and things to do in the area. I had searched the hours on the building before going witch says 8AM-8PM everyday. Once I got there they were closed, witch I didn''t understand why they're doors are closed when it states 8AM-8PM everyday including weekends. Luckily the Ontario side was open and the employees there were able to help me. You need to update you hours if they have been changed or put a note on the door stating why you're closed.

I realize that they need to close at a decent hour. But don't tease me by leaving your open sign up. How about all the people like myself that needed a look at a map. Couldn't you post one on your side of the glass that I can see. Some people do not trust GPS, won't even look at that kind of thing...I might reconsider this score in the future.

Love the initiative of the Tour Ontario’s blue coast app. Miss Shelley A who works there is lovely. I get it’s a government thing, but being closed on the weekends is a bit counterintuitive for tourism. Went there today to redeem points as it was our Saturday activity, but couldn’t redeem :( Wah

(Translated) Both decor and staff is meeega !! It goes to the entrance on the right or left, we have decided on the left, found ourselves between 100th of flyers and then asked rather, instead of searching: magnets and key chain. We were kindly referred to the shop opposite. There was no one at the counter, so we looked around, found what we were looking for and wanted to pay. No one responded to the call, but immediately answered. With a heartfelt apology and a disarming smile, we were cashed, have ever received a souvenir pin and were allowed to register in the guestbook. When asked where it would be best to see the bridge, we received extensive material, maps, guides, etc., and many exact explanations. Nice place!! (Original) Sowohl Einrichtung als auch Personal ist meeega!! Es geht nach den Eingang rechts oder links, wir haben uns für links entschieden, uns zwischen 100ten von Flyern wiedergefunden und haben dann lieber gefragt, statt zu suchen: Magneten und Schlüssenanhänger. Wir wurden ganz nett an den Shop gegenüber verwiesen. Hier war niemand am Schalter, also haben wir uns umgesehen, gefunden, was wir gesucht haben und wollten zahlen. Auf rufen hat niemand reagiert, auf die Klingel aber sofort. Mit einem herzlichen Entschuldigung und einem entwaffnenden Lächeln wurden wir abkassiert, haben je einen Andenken-Pin erhalten und durften uns ins Gästebuch eintragen. Auf die Frage, von wo aus man am besten die Brücke sehen könne, haben wir umfrangreiches Material, Karten, Führer etc. erhalten und viele exakte Erklärungen. Toller Ort!!

My husband and I stopped into the centre to use the facilities. As we walked past the Sarnia specific side, we noticed a young girl with brown hair and glasses talking down to a deaf man trying to make a purchase. She was very disrespectful, rude and showed very little patience towards this gentleman. I could see just while walking past that he was very flustered and uncomfortable. I think your staff should be re-trained on how to assist customers with disabilities. I was about to step in and help until I noticed that a kind women with blonde hair and a blue shirt was there to assist him.
