Love the playground, my kids had a great time. We have had 2 birthday parties there. Here are some of the issues we had in all 2. The staff is VERY UNFRIENDLY. Those girls have a very negative attitude and it is clear they hate their job, especially the little blonde one who seems to be a manager or supervisor. She is the worst. They make a REAL EFFORT to start kicking you out at 430PM even though it closes at 5. When you have a party in one of the rooms, they come in 15 minutes before and start kicking you out. Its embarrassing when you have guests in there and these girls come in with their cocky attitudes kicking people out because they have to clean it. The other issue I have with this place is why do they charge parents so much when all we do is sit and ensure their kids are ok? Finally, if we pay $12.95 for 20 kids to come in, then pay $70 for the room why can't we bring in some of our own food? I understand if you go there just for your kid to play but some exceptions need to be made when you are paying $300 to have party for 2 hours.

In reponse to your reply.....I phoned after I posted a question asking if you give rebates for those who go only for 3 hours instead of the full day! I would have given you a 5 star if there would have been a rebate and since there are none and In spite of you reading my question and not giving an answer, I did find out that there are NO rebates for those who only want to go for 2 or 3 hours. Truly, I think if you did have some kind of rebates, you would have more clients, not everyone wants to spend the whole day there and after a couple of hours most children have had enough already and want to go home... just saying!

I think it's a little bit overpriced, specially if you compare to the "mother", megamaze, which has the same price and it's way bigger than minimaze. Being a "mini", the price should be not mini, but less than what they charge. I gave 5 starts to Megamaze, but to minimaze, only 2. Also, someone took my son's slush from the table, which was only with the slush on it (because they say to leave the coats and bags in a specific place, I tried to talk with the employee, but she didn't care. Then, I asked for a cotton candy, but they didn''t have the machine yet, even saying on their facebook page "bonbons sélectionnés ou un barbe a papa. Edit: on their website, it says they close at 19h. My mom went with my son on Tuesday, I finish working at 17h and the time to get there, I arrived at 17h30. Pretty cool place , lots of kids so it can get loud. My kid had fun with her friend. Roughly 25 dollars get in for one kid and an adult. They have seating all over the place and long tables for groups. I think you can have birthdays and events as well since some parents were going to another section inside. Parking is free but limited.they have a snack bar inside with treats for the kids that is not too expensive as well. Will go back for sure.

My daughter was invited to a birthday party there and absolutely loved it. It's very clean and well kept compared to some of the similar places we've been to. My one concern is the lack of staff. While there, a young boy had a slide collapse on him when 3 children went down the slide. It is clearly indicated that parents should be watching there children, I personally feel they should have had at least one staff member at each area making sure the kids obey the park's rules.

Mes invités avaient dit au caissier que selon mes instructions, ils pouvaient rentrer jouer avant mon arrivé. Le cassier avait simplement dit "je n'ai pas de note désolé", même pas essayer de me rejoindre pour clarifier. Mais cest quoi cette façon de régler les problèmes? Même pas essayer de voir d'où ou qui à fait la faute. Elle rajoute "ce que je peux faire c'est de dire à mes employés de faire attention LA PROCHAINE FOIS " C'est à ce moment que je me rappelle que j'ai toujours parler avec une gérante puisque je devais confirmer la fête, mais elle avait nié que cette personne c'était elle. Et elle voulait rien m'offrir, pas de rabais, rien pour m'accomoder. 3- Vers 17h15, on commençait à sortir le gâteau. La gérante est rentrée dans ma salle pour me dire qu'ils ferment à 18h. Qu' ils doivent bientôt se préparer à ramasser car à 18h ses employés terminent de travailler. " On ferme à 18h, donc 18h ils ne travaillent pas." ..... ???? Ouinnn C'est vraiment désagréable!! Alors on s'est grouillé pour le gâteau et nous avons tous aider pour ramasser. La gestion est vraiment pourrite, service innacceptable!! Ca ne vaut vraiment pas la peine de fêté làbas à un montant d'environ 300$! Mais je donne quand même 3.5 étoiles pour l'air de jeux; la variété de jeux, la sécurité et la propreté est bien. Les enfants se sont bien amusés.
