Came here for a free tour after Montmorency Falls, it was great! Lots of beautiful copper art here, plus a whole set of religious panels of Jesus's life + death. Kids loved it too: they only charged C$8 for a lil copper piece for them to do on their own! Spent over 30 mins here between 2 bus loads of tourists (we drove on our own) but it wasn't too crowded.

This place was really a beautiful visit. We stopped by because of a tour package we bought that included montmercy falls and the basilica. A cute little shop, there's a lot of history here. They have a lot of copper as said in their museum and the shopkeepers are so nice. I bought a necklace from here but wanted to adjust it so it looked like a choker so they happily adjusted it for me which was wonderful. I think if you would do the package tour! Definitely a cool stop to go to!

Interesting art, helpful staff. Run by family. It was good to see their technique in operation. Good range of art at reasonable prices to purchase. Toilets available. At the moment it does not look like its picture as they are renovating out the front.

If you're heading to the Saint-Anne-de-Beaupré Shrine then you should stop in here first because Albert Gilles was the man behind the repousée work on the enormous doors of the basilica. He passed away a while back and now his daughter and grand-daughters are keeping the art of repousée alive. Some of the works on display are particularly impressive - the most unforgettable part of your visit will be the story of christ as told by Albert Gilles on a series of about four dozen repousée panels displayed in a dedicated room at the back of the museum. A wide range of pieces are on sale, from affordable copper jewelry to pieces which are so impressive you don't even ask the price. Stop in and visit - the story of christ is impressive and when you get to the basilica you'll be all the more impressed.

Upon arrival a tour guide talked about the history of the copper museum, then demonstrated how pieces are made. Lots of items for sale ranging in price. I found it a little boring, it might be better if you stayed to do a small copper piece. Not a place for small children or teenagers, it is boring for them.

Family run copper museum which showcases copper artwork. There's a small workshop where you are given a piece of copper sheet and you can create an art piece yourself after a live demonstration. Not all sections of the museum are open for photography. Time to tour the place and attending workshop together take a maximum time of an hour.

Friendly staff. Learnt alot about Copper and it's properties. There is an excellent display in the back of 50 Copper stages of the Bible. Incredible detail and so much work went into the shop and it's products. Cute gift shop and lots to see and do. I would say it's worth a look.

There is a small exhibition room which tells the story of Christ (I'm not a religious person so I didn't really understand the story), made by the founder of the business. It's a beautiful place with some wonderful copper art. It is named after the coppersmith Albert Gilles, and is run by the Gilles Family, his wife, daughters and granddaughter. For a fee, the place offers a small demonstration of 15-20 mins where you can learn the art of "Repousse" or embossing. You can implement your skills on a small 3-inch square of copper sheet, and take it back with you. There is a boutique, where some items are on display for sale. The museum is also beautiful, with the story of the life of Christ in silver panels. It's forbidden to take pictures, but the memory if this beautiful place will stay with me for a long time. I've posted the photo of my creation, though.
