I had fun last night, but my wallet didn't. I was here first time and last time playing bowling. My lane had some problems a couple times, because of balls getting stuck but they got it going, but never got reimbursed for the time lost. It's kind of cool that they got washrooms tho.

We've been here for birthday parties, regular bowling and neon bowling. Overall, it's expensive compared to other lanes. The facility is old and cheesy but it is a bowling alley after all. Neon bowling is low budget but the company was good so we didn't care. 10 pin and 5 pin options are available.

Honestly, the kids had a great time. However I have a few issues we didn't like. For the price we paid, I'd expect to be able to at least finish the bowling game and not be pressured to have to leave after an hour of play. They should be for one full game and not timed. The pizza came and we felt pressured to go eat, we asked to pause the game. They said "yes" and we left everything down there and went to eat. We came back and the game was off and people were about to play. I was not happy. We left some belongings and it was messy from us. We expect it to be cleaned at least before anyone plays especially during Covid. The games we play in the ticket area. Man talk about expensive for a piece of gum! Sheesh! This place is robbery in my eyes. Gave it a 2 because the kids had fun at least...

Foods a little expensive, but it's a bowling alley not a food joint. 5 and 10 pin bowling. Friend got the pins so wrapped up they had to have 2 of the ladies go back there and turn it off to fix it, got some extra minutes and I would assume it was because they were impressed by his arm, not because it took time for them to fix haha.

Great day time staff and managers that really care about the weekend programs. Prices are steep for younger people to afford a night of bowling, but once your are in, it's a great time! Arcade is a nice touch, too. :)

They weren't able to let us play even though we came 1hr prior but the male staff member made up for the lack of bowling play with his politeness his informed and respectful policy briefing and his whit and humor. The staff were very helpful in making our visit enjoyable and inclusive for our entire group. My son is a wheelchair user, and we're used to carrying his wheelchair down a few steps when needed in stores and venues. So we were pleasantly surprised when the staff mentioned that they have a ramp on the one end of the bowling alley, so our son independently wheeled himself to the alleys. They put us in an alley that had a bit more room on the sides, and they also gave us a little 4 inch tall portable ramp in our alley so he could independently go up and down for his turns. They also made sure the bowling ball Assit-a-Roll slide/ramp thing that we were using, was the appropriate height for him in his wheelchair, as they have more than one size of the assist-a-roll stands. We will definitely be back and we definitely recommend St Albert bowling to anyone who needs mobility accommodations. Thank you for to the staff for making our visit an inclusive experience for our whole family! And thank you to the owner/operator who has clearly put a lot of thought and care into both making this venue accessible, and to training their staff to be sensitive and to anticipate needs of all customers!

I bowl here often and I find a difference in lanes, some have a curve and some lanes are straight. The interior is old, food is tasty and staff are friendly

Came here with my 3 yr old son for something to do while waiting for my daughter to get finished her spring break camp. The people who work here are so friendly and nice. We rented for an hour and it was the perfect amount of time. Very clean facility and worth the money. The food portions are large, our 1 hotdog filled both of us up and we couldn't finish the fries. We'll definitely come back again.

Good family fun. Pizza was alright...have had much worse at places like these. 5 pin lanes have kids bumpers to keep the ball out of the gutter and makes it that much more fun for the little ones. Also have a few of those "ticket" games like skeeball and basketball hoop. Typical version of that...Don't expect to get anything of value for your money/tickets, but it's fun for the kids and they get a couple pieces of gum at the end, so meh...

Good prices but man this place is run down. The mini golf was a joke, everything is slanted being on a hill which makes it challenging to play, but not In a good way. The bowling alleys are also very run down, broke a couple of times and we had to fix it. Also the very far right lane is sloped as well slightly so the ball would move toward the right gutter more. That really ruined the bowling too. The food was nothing great but not terrible. They need some work; would not recommend!

By far one of the worst experiences ever! First off, the alley computer monitors are archaic, glitchy and appear to be circa 1980s. All the TV screens had the NBA all-star skills competition on while there is an Oilers game to be watched. We asked the staff to change it and after a half an hour one of the senior employees came out and in an awful rude manner explained that "if you don't know what channel the game is on, i cant find it. I don't have time to surf through the satellite system to find the game". She must have never heard about the importance of customer service. Finally, she ended up putting on the Republican presidential candidate debate, with no volume! I will NEVER go there again. And, i will inform other on such a terrible experience we had there.

The perfect place for a birthday party! My daughter just had her 10th bday party at St. Albert bowling and we couldn't be happier. The staff was extremely helpful right from when we booked the party until the very last minute we were there. There aren't too many places that will accommodate 20 kids but the bowling alley went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The kids loved the neon bowling, the party room, and the games room. Food was also fantastic! Thanks again to the staff for making this a party to remember!

Horrible!! I highly advise to go one of the many other bowling alleys, they all offer kids birthdays. I had reserved my party over the phone. We had 6 adult bowlers 5 kids. I got the gold package 112 bucks and an extra lane. The total came to 136 bucks i figured not to bad. They called me later asking what pizza and pops I wanted. When I got here they tried charging me for two gold packages at the end of it it all came close to 300 bucks. Very rude service. I didn't get any of my popcorn and paid for slushys then later on find out they were supposed to be included, no refunds. Just horrible a disaster. Don't go.

Some of the staff don't really know what's going on. The managers are really great. Took a while to get the food we ordered and when it came the wings were not what I ordered. The price for a team platter is not alot of food. There were 4 kids and 1 adult and not much food. I'm not sure how you'd feed a team with that. Otherwise the lanes are good and the kids have fun

So fun. It is a great place. It is clean, bright, the staff are always in a wonderful mood and eager to help if you need it. The arcade is cheap, only 25 cents for most games, they also have mini golf. The bowling leagues there are also great. This is a very well run facility.

we went bowling but today wasn’t as usual where we used to have amazing experience! we asked a guy who is working there to put up the bumper but he answered in not a nice way that this lane doesn't have one so we went to the counter to ask change lanes to discover that it had bumpers then i went to the order station-to ask for water his rude reply was that he’s busy and asked me to go outside and cross the street and get it from another place that is very unacceptable the-manger on duty said im sorry we had a busy day but i was very upset about the way i was treated he literally kicked me out

A little on the older side. Prices were a little high for bowling. They charge per hour out our half hour vs per game. Was gonna cost almost $70, for a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) to bowl for an hour.

Very expensive! Kids love the arcade and although the machines often eat the coins without a game, the workers are great at refunding them. Went out for an evening of glow bowling. Nice facility, good rental shoes, fast ball return (if that matters). Pizzas, pub food and beer available and an assortment of mini doughnuts if that's what keeps the strikes coming. Wish the glow bowling was a bit darker for a better effect but other than that, its a bowling alley, four starts is pretty much top notch.

We have our team building in this place and the place is fantastic. They have a bar inside for the adults, facilities are maintaned and the whole place is clean. Definitely will go back for a second time :)

Punching in your names takes too long because their screens are total garbage. "Neon bowling" is pretty much just a black light... What ever happened to neon bowling balls for neon bowling, seriously? This place is in desperate need of an update. I would not recommend.

There was limited accessibility for anyone who uses a walker or wheelchair. I also will message the owner of the bowling alley that access needs to change for not just one area but another. we're in 2019, it shouldn't be so congested or lack of accessibility. it don't cut it, one movable wooden ramp, tables should be moved so there is space available for wheelchairs to move without barriers

We phoned in on a Saturday around 5pm wanting to book for 5 pin bowling. They said the earliest they could get us in was 8:30pm, which was fine. We drove all the way from Stony Plain, get there at 7:30pm and there's no parking. The place is packed and feels very dated and gross. The staff was very friendly, coming closer to our start time we go ask when we can start and find out they booked us for 10 pin at 8:45pm. The only reason we went there was for the 5 pin. The staff gave us 5 pin and let one of us play for free and for an extra half hour (which we didnt get). We definitely won't return.

Had a great time! Air conditioning and their lane terminals (inputting names, etc. ) weren't working. Very hot inside. But we enjoyed ourselves. Always get their nachos and popcorn whenever we go. Had their pizza the last few times we were here but it was never that great so we stick to the nachos. Great family outing.

Went out for a nice night out with a pretty large group of friends 20+ group, first thing they said was we are watching you because it's a big group! Apparently it's not a welcoming place for large group! They searched our bags and our belongings without our consent! Don't plan a night out here

This place is a St. Albert institution and has been an awesome place to spend a night with friends or family. I've been coming here since I was a kid (20 +years) and have fond memories of the neon bowling, which is still just as fun as it was then. The staff is helpful and friendly and the arcade is a ton of fun as well. Highly recommend it!

We have had birthday parties here for our kids and have also dropped in just to have some fun on a rainy or snowy day. Staff is friendly and facilities are clean and well maintained. Prices are a bit on the high side in my opinion but for a once in a while outing good value.
