Indoor out door pool ..great for family a bit dated but clean and I hear they will be building new center soon.

Great place to take the kids on a hot day to cool off. It can get very busy but there are lots of space to sit in the fields, just bring some blankets or chairs to sit on and umbrella or tent for shade. An inexpensive way to spend the day.

Nice pool. Great scheduled times for lane swim. Busy unfortunately which is why the 4 stars. Big locker rooms and shower areas. Clean. Lockers are expensive but same as pretty much everywhere else @ $0.50/visit.

Rotary park is reddeer largest most Central park. It has one large play structure, swing sets, various other little activities surrounding the play structure such as drums that you can drum on, balance beams, etc. It is surrounded by a large Forest that has walking trails throughout it. There is a large Hill that you can hike up and see a very nice view of the City of Red Deer. There are outdoor barbecues / fire pits that you can build a fire in and barbecue hot dogs, or marshmallows, or burgers. You can access Rotary park via the bike trail system. It is close to the outdoor pool that's located downtown Red Deer, The Recreation center. because of the Central City location of Rotary park, you do have to be careful when you attend there with your children as there have been many reports of children stepping on, discovering, seeing, uncovering needles and other drug paraphernalia. One time we were there there was a mom who was walking around picking up pieces of what appeared to be a crack pipe.

Rotary Recreation Park is a beautiful spot to take the family on a hot summer day! They have an amazing outdoor pool with a large slide as well as a small slide for younger kids. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub. They offer great swimming lessons here too! Also, they have a gym and large change rooms.

This is a well constructed rec center in Red deer very close to the Museum. There is ample parking space and it's free. I love the pool. It's a great place to visit with family and friends.

I recommend Rotary Park. Very nice place to relax, sit at a picnic table and listen to nature. There are lots of trees and walk paths. Also it's a great place to have picnics. They also have fire pits.

Love it the splash park is great and the recreation center is a big hit with the kids, the Littles love the outdoor pool and the slide, and the diving boards are great for the big kids. Plus it's way more reasonably priced than the collicut which is over priced and only has the wave pool

The boys loved the three tier diving boards. We had a wonderful fun filled day. It was nice to have that option to go outside to swim and catch some rays or stay inside out of the sun. We went twice in one week. It was extremely busy. lots and lots of kids, including my own. First swim since March 2019. We will definitely be going back. Very soon.

What a Fabulous, clean and fun facility! I brought my 4 grandchildren along with two of my kids and we all had a blast. We are not from Red Deer. What impressed me even more was my senior parents came on their scooters to see their great grands and the staff actually opened the locked gates and let my parents in the pool area to watch and visit with us. They even gave a deck umbrella to them for shade. Top notch Red Deer

The "spray park" portion is HUGE. It runs for half a city block and has numerous features. Wasrooms and shower facilities are available on site.
